Shield Therapeutics Takeover Rumours (STX)

Indeed, looking at the history of Shield over the years, the share price has been in a steady, sometimes collapsing, downward spiral. Sometimes you get into value territory and that's what I see at the present time. Get some decent management in at the top or a takeover then things will change and fast.

I can't see Shield staying independent much longer. Seems to me like a takeover target. Cheap as chips as the old saying goes.

It's well past the time and the sell by date for Board of Directors. They've destroyed share holder value on a mega scale. It's Time for new management or a takeover.

At this point in Shields present predicament and it's questionable business plan, a suitor with a similar business, with it's own sales force may very well come in with a takeover. Especially at the present share price. With over 100 sales personnel in the USA burning cash every day, that's where the axe would fall with a new owner.

Prime takeover target with this sort of growth and price increase.

AOP will wanta lot more than 10p, no chance of a cheap takeover here, they can't make another bid for a while as well.
