Filtronic Takeover Rumours (FTC)

Huge credit for getting such a global gong. I still think this ends with a takeover but I could imagine something north of £1 in H2. Being the company to watch in a global high growth sector will attract attention.

As I’ve said before, I am more than ever convinced this ends with a takeover. The free float here is very small but would be easy to get to 50% by agreeing with the major shareholders and they have no exit other than a takeover. I think 60p might do it but one or two more contracts like the one on Tuesday and it could be nearer £1 imo
