22/9/2018 09:44 | Although, ironically, Primary Bid was set up by Darwin and an appointed representative! Much better than the forward selling nonsense that used to go on though! | ![]() f3rdinand
22/9/2018 09:32 | Another vote for Superg and his assessment of the situation. Having been on the end of several , disastrous AIM fund raises (take a bow Darwin)I think this is a genius way of ensuring tight ship as it doesn't involve tipping off the II's up front. Yes stressful. Yes, you needed to have funds ready to hand BUT it's a way of ensuring all shares get into deserving, loyal PI hands and avoiding the games like dropping share price in advance that are the norm on AIM. I am so happy to have found this share which is truly a unique gem. | ![]() clint fleecewood
22/9/2018 09:30 | Neill said last week that the Versarien family bus would be an electric bus. Another clue. We need to club together and hire a full time detective! | graphite bot
22/9/2018 09:23 | Hoverfly....I think your fears are unfounded. | ![]() pshevlin

22/9/2018 09:23 | This is outrageous and we should have been consulted first! I demand that us shareholders get a free visit and tour of of this business in Spain with hotel and flights booked, oh and also car hire would be nice :o) | ![]() bootie64
22/9/2018 09:21 | Very happy here with the news and hopefully the first of many moves into the European market, Mercedes, BMW Audi, Porsche etc. Plus, can't think of any other CEO who would apologise to a shareholder for them being too late to buy a couple of thousand shares. Says it all. | ![]() pshevlin
22/9/2018 09:20 | All those lab discoveries and applications the world over, all waiting for +nanene to help them realise the potential imo !? Best ellis | ![]() ellissj
22/9/2018 09:17 | An old chestnut: nominee accounts, mine with Barclays, am I recognisably a shareholder by the PB allocation process? I think not so won’t be favoured, I could just be one of the grimey slimey bunch. | ![]() hoverflyman
22/9/2018 09:17 | Conversation Neill Ricketts @neillricketts "No excuse and I am sorry you don't like the fact we are in the process of buying a great company with truly disruptive technology in batteries and supercaps. It gives us battery experts, greater access to @GrapheneCA. new links to new foreign unis, I am very very excited" Great tweet. +nanene in; win/win aimo. Best ellis | ![]() ellissj
22/9/2018 09:17 | superg1. I will definitely buy the biography if ever Neill writes it. | ![]() phoenixs
22/9/2018 09:07 | MJ10 If NR ever does a book buy it. Everyone buy it. I get on my soap box re the dodgy nomads and various other shenanigans. However I can say nowt at this time. To keep my various sources built up over many years I have to keep quiet. | ![]() superg1
22/9/2018 09:01 | A reasonable post the crunk and makes sense ticked up. | ![]() luckyorange
22/9/2018 09:00 | Last night Neill spent hours reassuring shareholders and answering there questions giving snippets of info away as only Neill can. He said (New machines busy.) Could we have our first major order and for some reason it has not been announced. Perhaps customer wants accreditation before announcement? | graphite bot
22/9/2018 08:59 | You guys are all thinking too much. Todays market cap is based on a bet that Graphene is the next huge thing. That outcome is probably 95% discounted in arriving at the market cap. When something big arrives that discount will say move to 90% or 80% and the market cap will move accordingly. All these things you are talking about are small nonsenese and not the reason driving the share price or why people have invested. The possibility peobably 95% discounted of Nanene becomming mass market is why you see the mass market cap today that you do. | thecrunk
22/9/2018 08:46 | super my point was rather than engineering the fall to 1.60 those in the know sold causing the fall because they knew they could buy back cheaper without yesterdays rise they would have been cheaper still | ![]() mj10
22/9/2018 08:46 | The only problem i see with this deal is the fact that it is going to cost an absoloute fortune to have everything translated from English to Spanish and vice versa.I therefore belive that the deal should not go through. LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | ![]() dafad
22/9/2018 08:39 | Spot on Sg, Versarien have total control with regard to the distribution of these shares, they won't find their way into the hands of those who wish to do damage to the business and the share price outlook. Plus as Sg also says thinking it will be easy to flip and make a few quid won't be as easy as they think or lucrative. I suppose they'll always be those who think it's an opportunity to sell early and buy back later on the bottom (JH, Ade...); good luck with that on Monday, anything could happen and you'd be taking a double chance given the AGM on Tuesday. For those visiting the Set on Monday I found out last night that there's no skittles on Monday night so not only should parking be easier but we can skittles the agenda! | skyliteandy
22/9/2018 08:33 | The share price fluctuates by more than 2% on a daily basis. Neill has pulled of a spectacular deal in this instance and 12 months down the line we will all be reaping the benefit. Massive congratulations to VRS team from a large shareholder. | ![]() tmoon

22/9/2018 08:26 | Missed the PB offer but I’m still happy, why? Sounds like NR needed to move quick and unfortunately for some PB seemed to be the best of a bad bunch so those who are aggrieved get over it. NR is putting in place groundwork for our GLOBAL business which will down the line increase the share price for our benefit, what is 2% dilution when the share price gain will be many times that? Anyone in business must realise that you have to spend money to make money, this is £ for an ASSET, not £ for running costs to keep the lights on. I think everything will be clarified at the podcast. I have taken my time to get my head around this placing and yes after an initial concern I am more confident now than ever of our medium to long term prospects AIMO | ![]() haz101
22/9/2018 08:21 | Most people upset with this news are the ones who have bought in the last couple of days who were happy with themselves for catching the bounce around 160, or simply missed out on the PrimaryBid offer. Large long spread betters will be annoyed but that’s the nature of the beast. Regarding the WorldPay confirmation, for the last offer in Nov 17 I received a payment confirmation from both PrimaryBid and WorldPay at the same time. If you have only one of the two I wouldn’t worry. If you have only the subscription email and not the confirmation then I would be very worried! By the way if you have a Jarvis or Sharedeal account you’ll get your shares by the end of next week. GLA | ![]() sweetnodude |
