I always used 150 million as the number of shares. Still will. When dust settles maximum fall ceteris paribus ,just less than 2p But ceteris are not paribus, this is acretitive as I think the jargon is.

Agreed, John Henry, but not if the shareprice has already dropped into the 160s. Not much profit TO take. That will happen if the it dips a little on Monday, and then there's no news leading to genuine cash flow.People have built this AGM up into something AGM's never are.Trading sideways or slightly down is how I see next week, especially if some leaving the AGM didn't hear what they hoped for.

Agreed Fest,
I don't know the maximum that was allowed to buy per individual but even so there could be a scaleback that reduces that amount and you will not know until Monday.
I think that the maximum has been kept to small amounts to keep any effect of selling to a minimum

I won't be selling mine, if indeed I get them!

There's no logical reason for the share price to drop on Monday.Because, if you think about it, unless you fundamentally don't agree with Neill's strategy of acquisition for manufacturing using Nanene, then you wouldn't sell your shares would you?Anyone buying these new shares will be looking for a profit, and it's not like any of us can sell on Monday, expect the price to fall to 145p, and buy back in.It just won't happen. Those who are upset with a dilution of any kind could be outweighed by those new investors who like what they see today. It might trade sideways until the new shares hit the market on Thursday, then those selling it might bring it down say 5%, but it should soon bounce when cheap shares are no longer available.

Once the Offer has been completed and publicly announced, all investors will be notified of their allocation of shares. In the event of a scale back, we will refund any excess funds to you within 5 working days

The allocation email will state the Trade Date and the Settlement Date, usually we settle T+5, e.g. 5 working days after the transaction date.

NR was asked on Twitter: 'did the intended collaboration with the equipment manufacturer happen? Appreciate you answering all these questions, I'm sure you can understand the concern' - am I seeing right as there appears to be two answers given 1)In discussion at this stage and few minutes later 2)We've been a tad busy. Just a bit confused or is an eye sight test in order?

Lol rtj. However, On the basis we are holding out for the 'right deal' re chinese expansion ops, it wouldn't do to negotiate poor deals ourselves ! Thus, Confident here that this will play out v well. Aimo. Best ellis.

Has the offer been filled? I cannot see an open VRS offer on Primary Bid?

I'd be interested to hear how much a subscription to existing holders would cost lovat scout - I wonder if the demand that will be shown at such a discount would actually make
It worthwhile rather than relying on primary id which frankly may have worked while £vrs was a penny stock but now is just not working.

I must say I'm looking forward to more detail on this because the attraction to investing here was the fact we didn't own much expensive plant and margins would stay high. I preferred the model when companies paid us for the nanene & made their own goods & took much if the risk.

I wonder how primarybid is going to handle the £10m fundraise for the Chinese factory.

I prefer organic growth, is all I'm saying.

No pc this weekend so now I've got to download ig to take the stops off my sorradbets too! Bah humbug!

Re the very limited information and time in which to take a view on this offer, I don't see it matters much. Despite speculation aplenty, we investors are quite uninformed about the hard facts of what is going on under VRS's bonnet at any given time, witness the status of collabs and potential international deals at present - Oh, and Gnanomat! My current investment (substantial for me) is based on Neill's history and my assessment of the bloke. A matter of trust.

So I topped up, as much as ready money available. (At least PB said they have taken my cash.)

Looking forward to Tuesday.

JH, had to be done at a discount otherwise why not just buy in the market. Anyway won't take long to churn a couple of million shares when news hits. Re the flippers even flippers sometimes see the light when it is shone directly into their eyes. I might be wrong, but I expect today's price to irrelevant in a couple of months.

Someone's hacked DimTim's account unless he's genuinely enthusiastic.

....being sarcastic.

----------

Nope not hacked I'm being genuine. Credit where it's due that's a great achievement to raise a tidy sum at minimal dilution. Shareholders should be delighted.
