In other news, did no one notice the VERY late reported 50k buy timed at 16.28, but listed many hours later? Someone buying big!

Well now the primarybid has closed , who is Gnanomat S.L?

Interesting that they recently filed a new patent application.

This patent covers a new method to manufacture high add value graphene-based nanomaterials in the area of Energy Storage. This patent provides a remarkable competitive advantage to bring company products at industrial scale. This milestone is part of the activities of the Product Development programme of the company to generate new intellectual assets over time

At times the spread has been 10p over the last couple of weeks, it is difficult to foresee what price flippers will sell at?

Was it the likes of Rob Giles who bought half a mill or so on the first offer and flipped them very quickly but also remember the likes of superg and spike I think who had to chase them up because it hadn't landed in their accounts until about two weeks later?

Depends on how many are actually taken by VRS but any fluctuation will be very short term and would probably change hands at 1.70 to be anywhere near worthwhile I would think.

I bet institutions would not have had the problems buying I did and selling weds suggests some had a bit more notice
no criticism of the board intended by the way

Why go to PrimaryBid if you have institutions backing you? Going through PrimaryBid is a hell of a lot more effort than scouting institutions, so this seems suspect. Companies will always dress it up as 'caring for their retail investors' but do they actually? Why would they?

Ha ha... so you lot think that a massively over subscribed fundraiser of 1.5% will collapse the price?Heavy buying by those in the know got the price to where it is. Not hype!

Short term turbulence, long term bonanza! By the sound of it most peeps could only get 2k shares anyway through PB so I'm not bothered I missed out. More meat on the bone with that acquisition in the hottest sector in town. What's not to like?

NR on twitter. "Wait for the Podcast". In reply to "Looks to be a very good long term investment of £2.9m! Loads of synergies and a foot in the EU.
Check out their website"

any dip on monday will be very short-lived. Go look back what happened in November when they did a discounted primary bid raise for what will happen this time...

Last time, within a week or two the price was nearly double!

the offer is closed, i.e. they've raised all the money they sought to raise. Don't worry about dodgy bucket shops - they won't be getting much, if any. They'll be scaled out, this is what the team did last time. PIs will get most of this raise.

Obviously was huge demand. That is good as the price will reflect this on Monday. 160 open I reckon

AGMs are always an anticlimax in the same way prices are an anticlimax once the US market opens up. Good things usually happen out of the blue
