Just picked out a couple that fill me full of confidence before they disappear in the tweet flurries.

Updates on collaborations at agm , last expansion took place ,new machines working hard and in fact the next expansion is underway. We gave a reasonable discount based on 20days average. Money raised for specific reason.

We didn't need the money for the existing business, it is a great opportunity imho and gives us a massive advantage in battery tech, it is very very low dilution. I know I am the largest shareholder .

phoenix - there are several shorters who automatically open positions on any large price rise - in expectation of downward corrections being more likely after a steep upward run. Not a tactic I would go for but I know two players who boast that this is what they sometimes do themselves.

Going through all Neills tweets tonight I noticed he said NEW MACHINES BUSY could we have our first order and customer has asked for it to be kept quiet . Perhaps until accreditation ? New machines busy. From the horses mouth.

VRS = PRSM + KWS.

The theme is like that.

RTJ - main problem with offering all shareholders equal participation is that it’s a prolonged and administrative process which increases the price and risks the success of the fund raising when time is pressing.

Primary Bid isn’t perfect as the window of opportunity is small but it got the job done and is probably the first step towards making the company fund raising charade cheaper and levelling the playing field for all shareholders.

There is one nagging thing in my mind. Why did the short position % increase on the IG this afternoon? I smell a rat or should I say a very nasty odour of a leak from the brokers. Also there were some strange going ons re the share price during the past few days which certainly began to make me wonder what was going on. Maybe it is just my suspicious mind.

On holiday and only just caught up with the news. Gutted I have missed placing but level of demand bodes well for near term share price anyway. It will be interesting to see the pricing on Monday with the AGM statement added to the mix

I think a 1.3% dilution, at an 18% discount was a no brainer.

In fact, I bought 4K shares @17:34.

To answer a question above. Payment was taken immediately.

I started to get wound up about the negative posts and tweets earlier so left my phone in my pocket for a couple of hours.

It’s good to see that many are starting to get there head around this and how promising this is. I thought I’d lost the plot as I read it very positively.

To have raised the funds within a couple of hours is incredible in itself, flipping shares. Not those that are LTH of which their are many.

What I did recognise was that a majority of the negative posts and tweets were from the shorters and perhaps the traders and spread betters that missed Monday’s boat.

Will this fall Monday, your kidding me right!!!! The level of interest created by this RNS and with the AGM waiting in the wings, any drop will be taken full advantage of by those that missed out or had to sell other stock to buy this.

Congrats all shareholders imo, I will sleep well tonight. I don’t think the shorters will!

John Henry, you seem too angry on Twitter. We know you trade vrs but why emotions? I heard traders are ruthless and without emotions. Like superg says, are you geared? Sorry, can't help asking.

And of course with no testing/accreditation process as yet announced in EU as yet, this spanish arm of VRS gets their graphene into UK (and possibly USA) NPL service. Another reason for spanish to join forces i imagine. Aimo. Best ellis

One thing no one seems to mention is that VRS will, in a post-Brexit world, have access to EU graphene funding and a roadmap for the inside track to industrialisation within the EU.

This Spanish deal could be worth it financially for the grants and close ties to EU alone.

Add to that the exciting tech acquisition, and it is clear that NR's vision is massive and relentless.

I missed out on the PB offer, but if there's a dip on Monday then I can take a little advantage. A win-win for long-term holders.

What a deal, amazing. I like Neill’s thinking . Complements 2D2 and Cambridge. By the look of it, a very high technological company wwith great expertise.
A foothold in Europe no doubt access to EU funding.
VRS is certainly going places.
Unfortunately, I arrived home after eight and have just switched the IPad on and up popped the RNS, looking on the thread, it was obvious that the offer is oversubscribed, however I can not complain, I have a largish holding and have done very well out of VRS.
I little annoying that it looks as though some may have known about the offer earlier in the week.

Chorus - you are VERY new to this company and this BB. You are however welcome,

but

to have any real understanding of what this well informed board and VRS is all about you need to do some homework - sorry ;0)

Start here, there are links to what follows on:

Further more, a couple of weeks ago (Versarien - charity - Golf Day), M Brenner, the writer of the above research (doesn't work for VRS) verified that his latest research left those earlier findings as still perfectly valid.

I commend them to you over the week-end. Then - and only then, will you be able to 'make a positive difference' on this BB.

Best wishes - Spike

Precisely phoenixs, in a strange way it underpins the current share price within a few pence.

Personally pleased that at last VRS has a foothold in Europe, a very smart move that has sneaked under the fence.

So, China, US , Europe and England with Wales coming into the mix, brilliant strategy.

Liked the tweet that the new machines are very busy.

Not quite sure how this works but I also raided my bank account for funds using my debit card and the money was out of my account within a few seconds!I assume if I don't get a full allocation then the balance is credited back. Also I had to give Primary Bid my Barclays I investment account number. Do they transfer the shares I receive into this account?Cheers

Seems to me Gnanomat are willing to give up majority ownership of their highly exciting company as they know nanene will take them to the next level and is probably the missing ingredient! Seems an opportunity far too good to pass up!It's funny reading the trolls talking like this placing is to keep the lights on at VRS lol ?

Chorus...you are ill informed. This fund raising gives PIs the opportunity to put more money into the company at a discounted price.
I have applied...the moment I arrived home I joined Primary Bid and raided my bank account for funds. I hope that I get some. I will also be buying on Monday if there is an opportunity to buy at a lower price than today’s close.

Reading this article on their website it would seem a good fit for the Vesarien Nanene

Experts believe graphene will be a role player in the Automotive sector very soon, in fact graphene supercapacitors and batteries deployed in electric vehicles will contribute significantly to enhance the overall performance and efficiency of the vehicle and reduce power consumption, owing to superior heat resistance and enhanced recharging efficacy.

Unfortunately, not everything related to graphene are positive news. Still solving some issues as their instability and production cost, that do not allow to consider graphene as a commodity. But the tremendous possibilities of graphene battery market will disrupt the future of global battery industry, state experts.

Gnanomat is moving forward solving the graphene-derivates issues and developing a disruptive material to power the new graphene energy storage devices.

Graphene can help to disrupt Automotive Sector

Hi Lucky, if the primary bid punters were about during the last PB offer they might just think that they should have held on for the 9 bagger. Who knows they may just tuck them away and wait for the big rise that we all hope for in the not too distant future.
