Zoo continues to bellyache about people saying there should
be a dividend. For some reason it stirs him up.

zoo to continue bellyaching about dividends like this they can’t have much money to have to rely on that, they never cease to amaze me they are totally unintelligent ,AAZ is going well sres was up a lot but has faded this afternoon ,I’ve had a lovely day with friends you can’t beat it ,thank goodness the market is closed until Tuesday I can’t think what the trolls will do ,good luck,

I do ask why not. It makes good sense that there be
an ongoing dividend policy. I would be interested to
hear any lame excuse for there there not being one.

But there's still no dividend being paid, is there? Apart from the once. Ask yourself why not? Maybe no ink in the printer to print the RNS or the BoD don't think it will help given the company is located In China and the institutions have no hunger for Chinese based investments. .Much rather have buy backs.

The Aviva final dividend of ~4.5% was paid yesterday (about
7% on the year with the interim), and the share price has
also risen by 18% in the last six months, showing that
dividends and capital gains are not mutually exclusive, and
indeed the one may promote the other.

zoo good morning once again I had a good swim ,GGP is going well this morning and a couple of others are up so not too bad, the weather is going to be mixed over the weekend ,my four friends from London have turned into six now so it’s a full house ,I suspect we will be spending most of the time with our friends with the marquee the beach will be far to busy, you have a good day and enjoy the rise in GGP,

It's not that I want a dividend, zoo, it's that Griffin
needs one, every year, twice, as a firm policy, to make
its shares attractive to genuine investors rather than
just chancers selling to each other hoping not to be the
one left holding an empty sack.
