"Celebrity doctors promoted Covid vaccine without declaring payments"

"TV viewers not told they have previously received thousands of
pounds from AstraZeneca"

"In recent weeks, several high profile doctors have taken part in
debates about the company’s vaccine on primetime television shows,
but viewers were not informed that they have previously received
thousands of pounds from the pharmaceutical giant."

"Dr Phillipa Kaye was paid £12,500 by AstraZeneca in 2020 and a
further £9,000 by the same company in 2022."

"During the pandemic she was prominent on social media, posting
videos of herself encouraging people to get the Covid vaccine,
some of which were officially promoted by the Department of
Health."

I'm a little surprised it took so long to start this decline. Always hard to tell with GFM.

There were a lot of shares traded at quite high prices, which made us think there was something afoot.

It doesn't make a lot of sense, even in the land of GFM.

Up, if people are talking shares I am happy to chat with anyone. I also hold TLW at a similar entry point to you but only a small holding.

Also have a good trade on TLW from just over 29.3. I know zoo had some good results from that company in the recent past.

I was looking at just over the 1.00 mark. Hard to tell with Griffin though. I've made 18% on PFC over yesterday and today but have really got the jitters over it now so will leave it alone.

Hi Up , looks like potential support circa 140 or next stop 115. Time will tell. Hopefully some news flow soon.

Thanks, I tend to agree. I believe that most of us have sold some into the rise with solid profits. I now have plenty of scope to buy again once we see support.

Sageman, it was all the money at 1.65. Nothing left but hot air now unless they issue regular dividends. Wait for the drop and buy back as a trade but that could take a long time.

buying had stalled and without the buybacks there was nothing left to sustain the rise. Not sure where support will kick in. Without dividends this is really hard to price.

Looks like selling has now triggered stop losses as we are circa 10% from peak. Any views?

Interesting article, Rose.

"Excess deaths" are a more meaningful statistic than the, sometimes hysterical, "Covid related" data, where any death occurring within 30 days, say, of the patient contracting Covid were included in the data. Those who would have died anyway of some pre-existing condition or the chap run over by the Clapham Omnibus were all thrown into the data sets in an attempt to scare us.

At a personal level, I have declined the last 3 invitations to be vaccinated.

"Covid vaccines may have helped fuel rise in excess deaths"

"German researchers have pointed out that the onset of excess
mortality in early 2021 in the country coincided with the
rollout of vaccines, which the team said “warranted further
investigation”."
