The fear is a refinancing deal, it would be great for the company to come out and say they have no plans for one

chart looks awful, 800p or 600p without any +ve news ..... even the whole of 2021 looking like a dead cat bounce from covid

Looking at the chart we've reached the lower trend line.

I reckon we will see a bounce back in the coming days.

Any further down would be bearish IMHO.

One broker has dropped the price target for this year from 22 dollars to 18 dollars, it's now at 12.90, that takes in all the bad market news, seems like a good percentage return for 6 months. Volume is still very low

We would all like to know whether there is anything more serious wrong or is it nerves and blind panic.

I’m still watching with intention of buying.

Monkey Pox, but more likely stress on business, the valuation is derisory, suggesting quite serious issues financially. No good looking to raise cash at these levels, and cruise ships not easy to securitise. How many more ships are there in the process of being built!

This is fast turning into a full on collapse in the stock! It's either a screaming buy down here for the brave or it's going to go bust under the weight of debt and a recovery that will never come due to looming huge recession. Which is going to be right?

Hi, where did you get your observed test?

Managed to get an observed and acceptable covid test sorted out for 15 quid each, local to us, certificate in 15 minutes. So that's one hassle sorted.

There seems to be loads of asymptomatic people testing positive on cruises (even with fully vaxed/fully tested/masks on some etc etc). The problem seems to be testing, not covid.

Imv, the way forward would be to dump testing on board and testing requirements for boarding. Explain many will catch covid but have no symptoms. Suggest the very frail don't cruise if they are concerned.

Max, when did you get elected to speak for millions of others? The people I meet on and off cruises couldn't give a fig for COVID, and just take the risk with more dangerous flu and noro. But still good to hear I won't be bumping into those with COVID paranoia on cruises.

It won't continue to fall, as it would get to zero, all the brokers that had this as a hold at 15 pounds, are suddenly going to do what !!!!. At sone time the war in Ukraine will stop, that will give the markets some stability, this bear market will turn at some time.

No restrictions on our Cunard cruise, although some quests insisted on wearing masks even on deck. All staff had masks on, agree once all restrictions are stopped only then will we get back to normal

maxonly one boat in the (carnival) p&o fleet has covid restrictions - azura, which is due onboard outbreaks, possibly due to it doing continual overlapping cruises
