sick, Tw didn't make a bid so how can they have pulled out???? Why buy another house builder when you could just buy more land & build more houses at a fraction of the cost, a friend in the industry has told me that the mergers & monopolies commission are making things difficult, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see BDEV pull out of the Redrow takeover next, it certainly doesn't offer either company any value, had TW taken over Carla then I think I would be the first to Exit,not a good fit at all, Carla have a very limited area that they work in, logistically Scotland is not an easy place to work, my company only ever did work there on a handful of occasions in all the time I ran it. 1.80 here we come.
