The last closing price for Zenova was 1.90p.Zenova currently has 140,225,973 shares in issue. The market capitalisation of Zenova is £2,804,519. Zenova has a price to earnings ratio (PE ratio) of -1.38. This morning ZED shares opened at 1.90p |

Some distributers are recomending zenova over other products and providing one extiguisher instead of the normal two or three. Of course the share price will respond. |
Posted at 18/4/2024 08:27 by encarter Not really. However the ever declining share price and the seemingly endless supply of cheap stock is a big worry. I find it bazar how much the share price has fallen since just before the recent placing, not to mention last year's placing. |

The share price should be pennies higher. Instesd we have an all time low and the monotony of the placing shares being dribbled into the market. |

Latin america or india.Does thar highlight the stupidity of todays share price action. An increase im market share of 200% and around 30% knocked of the share price. Maybe the clue is in the added broker. |

Joining them. Mazesystems of INDIA.not a snall country and already selling fx500 aerosol extinguishers. Central and south america plus india added to zenovas markets. And the share price dropped on less than 10 grands worth of shares. Ecobuildings.!! Behind with their factory in albania. But have an order book of 112k pounds. Modular housing. Zenova products will be incoraperated into some of the buildings if succesful. Zenova just has to watch. Albania is now in the mix. The share price action is some of the silliest ive ever seen |

Business to business means a reduction in the overall price recieved.However the larger extinguishers will generate nice revenue. And what is also not priced in is the money that might?? Be arriving from fire services. Hence the...talking to governments around the world comment... Aim is littered with hundreds of trashed share prices where m.m.s jusr drop a shAres price to create some activity. Zed have started to generate revenues. But aim investors are in the trenches with their tin hats on. Zenova are going to be big in the fire industry. And its now game on. |

The bid is higher than the plAcing price and the volume low. But it does point out that private investors here are low on the ground. The change of msnagement stance to funding will have caused concern. It has also wiped out the value that should have been created by being able to sell to the marine industry and wiped out the majorcan demo. The share price should be double or treble this. An update at the start of this month woild have shown investors the promising future and shored up the share price. But those who have created these products wanted a bigger part. Lack of volume i.e sells could point to the placing going to safe hands Good news will then take the share price up. |

The entrapanuer gabriel had slready done his homework so was this for potential customers. The products used were from zenova and one would expect some of the crowd to have used the fx500 on display.The format business to business is now on display. And sudenly zed has expanded from 14 distributers, 1 or 2 sub distributers and two b2b partners who look to be very good choices. MONDAY!! Surely zenova has to use reach or rns ecozenova. Maybe a mention of distreo would not go amiss. They already have the video of the heptane fire being put out. Why do i post so much? This is the growth stage and with a seller about the mms have just trashed the share price to suit their market making abilities. Say no more.. The seller is still in the back ground and looks to be one of the initial stake holders, and is taking horrendous losses. But we could have an entrapanuer taking a stake in zed to gain exposure to zed. It is an indirect way to prosper from the success of his own business. My take now is that once the seller has finished. And the extra volume will sort him. The share price will rise quickly. Results around the end of may for the year ended the end of november will be another 6 months of progress behind. The growth one. Using b2b to create growth has stopped a fund raise and the 106m shares and 2.2m pounds market cap will be peanuts to what a best in the class paint and extinguisher is worth. It could move quickly now. There are a few warrants at ten pence But they might provide some fundig for growth. |
Posted at 18/1/2024 09:33 by bobdown2 Notes..16th May last year. Clastrom.its largest distributor? German. Places its first order for 40k of fx500 aerosol extinguisher units. First delivery is 10k supplied by the 15th July. The rest to be supplied by the end of the year.the financial year ended November 31st and the year 2023. There is around 150 to 200k pounds for the 10.000 delivered. But the lCk of news means non of this is taken into consideration or in the fallen share price. Recent news and amazing demos suggest that progress has been made. Aerosol units of around 7k have been shipped to the American Market. 40k pounds shown from a Greek painter.A maxim price for the 40k of German aerosols is £800k. 108k of sales for the first half will be dwarfed by the second half? Unfortunately no financial progress is shown only outstanding products. I have loads invested here. Nothing is in the share price. |

A piddly trade at a new share price low.Today's rns shows how exciting the future is for zenova with exposure to spain through Germany, South America was looking to be a big hole in the distributer network. And is now filled. It's part of the plan to establish worldwide. The 100k sales figure should be easily achieved as the products gain traction worldwide. There are 15 distribution partners now plus dulux centres for the paints. The demos that are impressing can be viewed on the media section off zenovagroup Web site. The word paradigm amongst others has been used. Extinguishers look to be the star act and recent demos shows its superior over existing products.another plus..although an unpleasant one..is the extra need for fire extinguishers. |
