Your quote above " Didn’t notice anything at all interesting in the RNS " and yet
Mr market thinks there was definitely something interesting in that RNS and thus marked the shares UP by over 15%.

Further news over the weeks will drive the shares past 3p again.

Quadrise shares jump on milestone commercial agreement with OCP
09:40, 28th May 2024

Victor Parker

QED a suppler of clean energy solutions, announced a new agreement with Moroccan fertiliser producer OCP. Quadrise is known for its MSAR and bioMSAR emulsion technology, fuels and biofuels that help its clients reduce energy costs and greenhouse emissions.

Under the new agreement, Quadrise and OCP will commence commercial discussions with 3rd parties for MSAR supply to OCP. Simultaneously, the two companies have agreed to work together on a paid-for commercial trial at OCP's Jorf Lasfar site in Morocco.

The agreement is for a one-year term and can be mutually extended. Commencing from the date of the agreement,
QED
will approach suppliers who can produce MSAR to meet OCP's demand. To facilitate these discussions, OCP has signed a Letter of Intent to enter into a commercial agreement with a company that can supply MSAR to OCP under license from
QED
.

Per the agreement,
QED will supply and and install equipment, including a 5-tonne/hr MSAR manufacturing unit, to emulsify locally available heavy fuel oil using MSAR technology. A 30-day trial will then be carried out on a kiln at the Jorf Lasfar site. Execution of any commercial supply agreement is conditional upon successful results of this trial.

Quadrise also said it would provide an update on the technical, economic, and feasibility study that was previously launched in June 2022 to convert the Jorf Lasfar site in Morocco for the consumption of MSAR.

View from Vox
A milestone agreement for Quadrise and its MSAR emulsion technology, bringing it to commercial scale and expected to yield significant long-term revenues. OCP is a leader in plant nutrition and the world's first producer of phosphate-based fertilisers, now seeking major suppliers to commercialise Quadrise's proprietary technology. Aside from revenue visibility and further validation of MSAR, the agreement will establish a strategic supply route for QED's fuels in the Mediterranean. Markets welcomed the news, sending QED shares 9% higher in early trade.

Further good news is QED's announcement that it would advance the feasibility study launched 2 years ago to convert the Jorf Lasfar site for use of MSAR, as the site will now be used to run a 30-day MSAR combution trial before an agreement can be signed with a supplier. Successful trials were already completed last year, so no issues are expected this time around.

Under the agreement, Quadrise and OCP will immediately start discussions with prospective suppliers, so investors should stay tuned for more news in the coming weeks.

Is it now time for an email to Cargill and MSC to advise them of shareholder concerns🤔

Well said Wonga, start small and work your way onto bigger fish. But that's not the QED way, JM wants to conquer the world. But like I said,people are balls deep in QED and can't or won't rock the boat just in case they lose the lot. Hence yacht testing and core samples which need more testing causing the kiddies to get excited.

"Tragic from our perspective but what is the alternative, do tell?"

For a start, be honest! If they have no control over delays, say so rather than fobbing off shareholders with false promises time after time.

Additionally, going back over the last 10 years or so, why do we always seem to get involved with massive projects?
Surely to goodness we could have found a more modest oil consumer, more locally, willing to try MSAR, proving the fuel and allowing us to make some modest income?
Once tried, tested and in production, further smaller customers could have been sourced on positive results feedback. They could have gradually increased production and their portfolio of customers and THEN start dreaming of landing some big fish to take the company to where we are still trying to get now.

We all realise Miles is incompetent, and as a Chemist he would be hard-pushed to get a job at Boots as a pharmacist👨‍🔬 but for a complete BOD of sycophantic 🤓DUDS㊁9;to draw salaries and in breach of NED’s 👨‍b78;️LEGAL 8104;‍⚖️responsibilities, suggests that there is NOBODY at QED monitoring the situation.

🤦‍a94;️Small wonder there is a delay, and in hindsight one is bemused that ANY Company CONSIDERS agreements with a rudderless bunch of headless 🐔chickens27384;

RE: Quadrise VisitToday 11:43
Is it any wonder we have frustrated doubters?

From the "visit" report (MSC);

"In terms of timescales for the agreements & trials, Quadrise advised that agreements would need to be finalised by the end of March in order for the trials-related activity to commence in Q2
Based on that fuel supply to the trials vessel would be in late Q2/early Q3. Quadrise stated that they were expecting contracts by the end of Q1 at the latest."

🤥Having intimated at the AGM, the agreement will be signed in December, they come up with another fob-off to those present on the visit, saying contracts end Q1 at the latest🤥
This is not wishy washy timescales. "AT THE LATEST" should have meant, definitely sometime between 19th Feb, (visit date) and 31st March. Yet here we are over 6 weeks into Q2 and still nothing, a big fat zero!

🤡Utter incompetence isn't strong enough a description of our BoD and it is little wonder the share price struggles to gain any traction, when the market knows fine well the corporate clowns at the helm, have, are and will continue to fail to deliver!🤡

I guess it’s not where there share price goes that matters, it’s how many will trade at the price that a share price is moved to ?

RE: Valkor RNSToday 09:55
I'm not sceptical regarding the possible success of the Utah project. It's the timescales given, (by QED or Valkor?) appear to me to be very optimistic to say the least.
I guess I've had enough of Miles’s missed deadlines to do me a lifetime.

Also, as havealot intimated, marketing is not selling. 🤥We've been "marketing" this stuff for years without success🆘 Hopefully, this will be different and with our Utah partners we can get to actual sales without too much delay.

Also hope this is just one of a series of good news RNSs to come our way in the coming weeks/months. I would also like to see some upward trending prior to the big "re-rating" tri-partite announcement due 🤦‍a94;️imminently🤦‍ 792;️

'Commercial marketing to start before the end of quarter two....'. Surely commercial marketing of MSRA has been ongoing for years without any takers, what makes it different now. Just asking?

Very true VINCE72. I've been here with QED for years in the hope of, well news of some sign offs. It's taking a long time. My main concern, apart from company going under, is that it's bought out at a much lower price than most of us will be hoping for.

To be honest, the whole presentation looked like a pitch to new investors, rather than an existing investor update, as nothing has basically happened in the last 3 months, well except for 3 more salary payments to our hard-working team.😂ԍ15;🥲

Looks like both AM and JM were in home offices too, so at least they might be reducing office heating costs at QED 🤣👨‍🔬Ԏ98;🥱🤥;

They give us the same "clients are very keen to progress at pace" rhetoric🤥but actions, (including lawyer activity) would suggest otherwise.

It would appear we are in the "diddy pile" on the MSC/Cargill lawyers desks continually being overlooked as they concentrate on much bigger contracts.

RE: 3 working days to go!!!!Today 12:11

From my perspective it certainly is wishful thinking on his behalf. I feel JM only stated end of Q1 because if he said anything different and said end Q1 early Q2 then the share price would react negatively, so he is just simply sticking to the current timeline even though my gut tells me he knows there's is very little chance of it being signed in Q1 and more like sometime in Q2.

Well that was another hefty dose of jam tomorrow🤥Very disappointed with the Moroccan project as was under the impression client would review test results Q1 and negotiations for commercial supply in Q2 with a view to commencing supply Q3/H2.
Now it would appear there will be no commercial revenues in 2024.

I can't believe that JM said twice that the Agreement would be signed by end of Q1.. that leaves 2 days...🤥

More wishful thinking IMHO...

I'd love to be proven wrong though...
