SteveaGood to hear from you. I must admit with all this news I fear my long term holding is not going to bag as I had hoped. With the controlling stake gone it now looks like an invitation for a short term takeover. Hochschilds assets will be taken over not at a good premium as we had hoped for a good few years but at a slight premium to closing share prices. Not to mention involvement of criminals like jpm. Feel very let down on this one.

The shares have effectively already changed hands behind closed doors in the run up to this announcement. As such there's no dilution for current shareholders. The price effect is zero.If anything it will allow more liquidity in the stock and more incentive for larger institutions to talk up their investments. Long term the chances of a takeover are now much much higher as these tightly held shares get released. Inshallah that's a good thing for current holders.
