CHELSEA, Ala., Jan. 24, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Author
Brooklyn Anne White shares her caregiving journey in Sunsets and
Silver Linings: Caring for Parents with Parkinson's and Lewy Body
Dementia ($18.99, paperback,
9781662839085; $8.99, e-book,
9781662839092).
When White's father was diagnosed with Parkinson's and Lewy Body
Dementia, she took on the role of caregiver, supporting both of her
parents through his illness. This experience gave her unique
insight into the challenges caregivers face, and the resources
available to help lighten their loads.
"My father's journey…compelled me to put our story in writing so
that others could learn more - both practical tips and resources,
but also the support needed during a challenging time," said
White.
Brooklyn Anne White has a Writing
Communications and Art Degree from
Maryville College. She has spent more
than 25 years writing and researching as a corporate marketer
across multiple industries, including finance, healthcare,
construction and engineering. She is very busy working to launch a
private company that will be dedicated serving those impacted by
Parkinson's and Lewy Body Dementia.
