04/8/2018 19:11 | I see non recyclable plastic continues to get bad press putting massive pressure on manufacturers and retailers now to URGENTLY come up with a solution. All bodes very well for VRS especially with their direct links to the government who are now in serious talks with the manufactures who sadly some have put profits first to the detriment to our precious environment. Agree they should now be made to pay towards the cost of managing their non recyclable plastic. | ![]() bobsworth
04/8/2018 19:11 | Last month the BoD told you the NAV was £8million !!! Marketcap of £185million... | ![]() aja5
04/8/2018 18:52 | Nothing tangible with the ether aja, in case you are mistaken in any way I am gutted for those who have lost money over on tern, their NAV statement was very specific and a warning to shareholders when it wasn't necessary. VRS a year ago was 10p and a lot has happened since then going from 1 gram a day to soon to be 10 kilos to meet demand from the collabs as they arise, they don't spend money on anything unless they can see it happening or a return on it. Not interested in knocking TERN, it is a sad day for PI's on there, but par for the course. People with plenty of money take it off the ones with not so much. | ![]() luckyorange
04/8/2018 18:52 | The shorting fraternity are Operating a dirty tricks campaign against Tern, the BoD are too inexperienced enough to work it out! Is VRS next ?? Your CEO to be fair addresses them head on. You state an opinion on perceived value which is reflected in the share price, likewise elsewhere.....what | ![]() aja5
04/8/2018 18:44 | If just 2D tech were marketed for sale given the advancements and connections what would be its value? It would be snapped up for a sum in excess of the current value I would assume given its world lead status , ISO status and the current high profile packaging industry and plastics problem. | ![]() luckyorange
04/8/2018 18:44 | The board told you in the results less than a year ago the NAV was less than 4p | ![]() aja5
04/8/2018 18:39 | Tern came from the company itself, if VRS give that type of warning then I will take a lot of notice. | ![]() luckyorange
04/8/2018 18:38 | Lucky orange....You are aware that the shorting fraternity has given the same warning here aren’t you ?? The NAV here is circa 4p,actually lower !! | ![]() aja5
04/8/2018 18:33 | I just don't understand with TERN when the NAV warning was given why there wasn't a grand exodus, it was a gift to shorters and the recent placing forward sold with the knowledge that they needed more money. Wasn't happy when it was being pumped on here, I think I made that clear at the time and yet people still bought on the high. Anyway some made a killing on the pump and hope they don't brag about it on here . Hope you didn't sell your VRS at 65p to buy into those Festario. | ![]() luckyorange
04/8/2018 18:20 | SuperG, yes it hurts over on TERN.It's not about whether the portfolio they hold is any good, it actually might be... we have no idea. It's about the appalling misinformation from the company, the placings without the explanation of what the money is for, and the utterly cynical rns of yesterday, it was borderline criminal.Similarly, another of mine, in fact my only other holding, GWMO released an rns which was supposed to clarify what they had found on the drill zones.Well, not a single sentence of it made any sense in any level of English. Not even a professor of geology could make head nor tail of it.They also launched a placing, and wiped 25% off the Mcap in one fell swoop.I love AIM, don't you? | ![]() festario
04/8/2018 18:19 | Kidknocked - Last September the International Standards Organization (ISO) published its long awaited definitions of what can and cannot be called graphene, The world began to recognize that Versarien's product met the highest spec and most others fell short - since when 14 collaboration agreements have been signed, some by niche players, most by global corporations. The share rise since last autumn reflects the snowball effect that has kicked in and is picking up speed. Hence the sixfold increase. My gut feeling is a share price at least 65% higher by Xmas. Those who do not study the full story might think it worth shorting and will occasionally attempt to drag it down. Those of us who look closely are all long. Good luck with whichever path you choose. | ![]() grabster
04/8/2018 18:14 | Kidknocked.... I really hope you do go short, the more the merrier. | ![]() festario
04/8/2018 17:30 | Kid..., Versarien is the front-runner, globally, in a revolutionary disruptive materials technology (through graphene, graphinks and other 2D materials). In this it has big govt support and access to many millions of pounds worth of research facilities. Some of its many "collaborations" are almost certain to metamorphose into tangible orders soon with probable dramatic consequences for the value of the company. | ![]() mikkydhu
04/8/2018 17:27 | Thanks luckyorange. I might short, I might go long or indeed not take a position. I'll have a read up at some point. Thanks for some info. | kidknocked
04/8/2018 17:23 | You should really start by looking at Mike Brenners write ups at the top of the header Kidknocked, although you may be techie related it does take a good few hours to get your head around the whole thing. With your initial post it sounds as if you are thinking of shorting , which isn't a problem to me but it didn't come across well. Anyway, plenty of RNS's to read. | ![]() luckyorange
04/8/2018 17:23 | Cheers, appreciate that. | kidknocked
04/8/2018 17:21 | If you are serious, just read the three excellent stockopedia articles by Mike Brenner, at the very top of this thread. | ![]() realcooltrader
04/8/2018 17:07 | Kid(knocked-by-Tern? Lay aside a couple of days to get through them. It's worth it. | ![]() axotyl
04/8/2018 17:05 | And Nike's biggest global competitor Adidas go down this tech route, collaborating with German chemical giant BASF to produce their premium performance shoes. So Adidas are going with the material used to make their base for energy return and comfort and Nike the carbon fibre plate. Nike are winning this current battle hands down btw. Just goes to show though the opportunities in sports apparel and shoes. Asics are opening an innovation hub in Barcelona this year and Under Armour and New Balance are also pushing new tech.Interesting times. hxxps://www.gq.com/s | skyliteandy

04/8/2018 16:55 | Superg. I'm feeling lazy, can you give a basic recap on this firm, and why the share price increase. Thanks | kidknocked |
