24/7/2018 13:59 | Consolidation period here, you guys should look at (AOR), mirroring the chart here but only 80p, it attracts solid buying interest and looks ready to break higher into 100’s this quarter dyor as usual, good to make money elsewhere, whilst it’s quiet here for a short while. | ![]() ny boy

24/7/2018 13:41 | Well, unless I break the habits of a lifetime and start spreadbetting, that's all my liquid funds exhausted again on a final top-up (famous last words) at 124p - nearly 10p cheaper than last week and very gratefully received. Thank you, big steady seller, but now stop selling you barsteward and let's start that steady rise to £2! GLALTH! | ![]() senden11

24/7/2018 12:37 | Shavian, wouldn't that contravene some sort of insider trading regulation? | ![]() melf
24/7/2018 12:34 | Only mentioned it because I couldn't resist investing our tax money (don't tell my hubby) which I sadly had to sell at the end of last week (at a nice profit... perhaps I should tell him...?) | ![]() woodpeckers
24/7/2018 12:27 | Woody: having just had to scrabble around to pay a big 4-figure tax bill, I’m sure you may have a good point. Fortunately I did not have to dip into VRS profits to do so this time. | ![]() shavian
24/7/2018 12:22 | Anley: you may be right Those in the know at Continental dipping in via their investment bank before the results of testing are made public. BTW Don’t forget that most of the holdings at Hargreaves are probably down to self-advised individuals like us, investing via their platform. And I suspect that holdings at firms like Investec Wealth May be down to investment managers slipping VRS into the discretionary portfolios of their higher-risk clients. At the Investor Day at the factory I found myself sitting next to a portfolio manager from one of Britain’s biggest DFMs, who has since told me he has been doing just that with selected client. So a lot of the ‘institutional money’ may be a lot more individual that it seems, and a lot more ‘sticky’ | ![]() shavian
24/7/2018 12:13 | From DEKA's website:The Securities business division deals with actively managed securities funds, passively managed index funds, fund-linked asset management and special funds and mandates for institutional customers. Its products encompass all major asset classes. So quite broad but since no mention of specific technology funds it could well be a specific mandate or special fund on behalf of a German institution client? | redstone64
24/7/2018 12:09 | Well if they want to give them away at this price I can't say no... could we have a case of last minute selling to raise tax bill cash? Must be the last day to do that I would think... | ![]() woodpeckers

24/7/2018 11:20 | A couple of weeks ago in the FT. | ![]() serratia
24/7/2018 11:04 | Just so you guys know holdings are available daily to those that want them. | ![]() superg1
24/7/2018 10:55 | Serratia Where did you get them from? One in particular pings with me and is suspected to be one of our buyers. Herald don't have the amount listed neither do Miton and Lombard left way back on that original holding. | ![]() superg1
24/7/2018 10:52 | My sights are on certain funds either hitting zero or stopping. In any case compared to just a few months ago nobody has really got anything that can dominate selling unless they got aggressive briefly. It appears none of them has any desire to do that and recent selling by funds has been down to MM demand on these higher prices. Lomabard did with their 27 million due to fund change and Miton did because they suddenly got hit with 10% redemption requests compared to the normal 1%. The growth of VRS and the liquidity at the time could pay that 'bill'. The last updates of holdings for Miton, Herald and co are on the website but that's not their current holdings. | ![]() superg1 |
