22/1/2020 16:06 | dp1umb: Well firstly I would say to you that RBS shareholders have won compensation after being misled at the last fund raising just before the collapse. BUT, I have not said anything about a class action etc. At this moment in time the objective is to get further information from Sirius Minerals regarding some of the circumstances, publications and decision making - the company has been extremely poor in keeping the shareholders informed since last July and is still being shy with relevant information that may effect how shareholders choose to vote, basically we are being ignored. People can choose to just vent on the chat forums or they can make their shareholding count, join the list and see what doors a much larger set of shareholders can open... Only with information can decisions be made, only with shareholders getting together constructively can the information stand any chance of being obtained.... and if at the end of that we find there is reason and cause and lacking then maybe I'll come and talk to you about class actions eh I would urge you to sign up, it costs you nothing except an email. | maxdoom
22/1/2020 15:29 | I think AAL will probably dump the conveyor idea and just utilise the train line instead. Probably going to be cheaper if they use the new hydrail system next to Wilton. I can also see them adding extra access points for health and safety, and raising the station at Woodsmith to its current 120m depth. | kreature
22/1/2020 15:22 | Fertiliser maybe in demand. Not sure about rocksalt though? | kreature
22/1/2020 15:16 | AA r going to make a fortune out of this dealFertiliser will be in BIG BIG demandThat's the heartbreaking point here. | amaretto1
22/1/2020 14:58 | Max Doom if you talking class action your be wasting your time and money? Can you tell me a case in the uk where ordinary shareholders received recompense for in there few were misled or misinformed? My point of view is we /you have been misinformed especially the projected cost reduction of the project just before the first round of fundraising. It was always a high risk high reward project and the BOD will have every announcement ring fenced by legal jargon and forward looking statements this is how the stock markets work for good or evil! The real villains here are the journalists who peddled massively over optimistic valuations even after the proverbial had hit the fan I think they and the agency’s the represent should be held to account. Also the resident rampers who seems to of scurried back into the gutters (you know who you are at least have the balls to come back on this board and apologise to the investors you sucked in). | dp1umb

21/1/2020 20:59 | Flybe provide critical infrastructure travel links across the UK so could be argued it's a critical service.Sirius is a totally separate case and if bought out will still generate UK jobs, sadly at the expense of some shareholders. As always, the banks and money lenders come out ahead. | dgarvey

21/1/2020 16:55 | Virgin & Stobart bought Flybe - shareholders (including myself) only received 1p. The Govt may now be involved, however Flybe shareholders weren't bailed out - we lost the lot. | waspfactory
