09/1/2020 21:54 | Massive buys, or worked sells ? | kreature
09/1/2020 21:53 | Massive buys after close today. Anybody have a clue what these are about ? Short covering possibly or someone in the know that a counter offer is on the way ? I have serious mistrust over the way this financing deal was handled. I do not trust JPM or their advice, but thats just me. | wheeze
09/1/2020 20:59 | CF seems to be taking the easier way out, whether shareholders will go for this deal or challenge CF to get financing... | beeezzz
09/1/2020 19:51 | £383m cap is looking shortable imv. Y'r 5.5 non-offer isn't even built on sand, and there's still a multi billion dollar concrete pipe to pay for, using zero revenue. The market is there to be tapped, so why not use it | kreature
09/1/2020 14:56 | Sp pis have paid for most of it and shouldered a load of risk, he then flogs it cheap and cuts it out of pis hands. Who called this a year ago, was it 11%, well done sir. And i would bet fraser is still employed with AA after the deal, i bet you he will be. The whole thing has been a contrived scam, and his pathetic 10k buy we thought was just him trying to rally support in the most ill informed way possible was more likely a little coded message to his pals to say, hey guys we are below the sell off price now! | pazzuzu

09/1/2020 13:23 | :) was lookin to buy a few a few days ago about 3.3p but then motley fool tipped them so I steered clear. Would have sold yesterday after the news. if I had an account to short I might be tempted but little risky. | ekuuleus

09/1/2020 13:12 | So why would the share price fall below the latest non-event price ? | kreature
09/1/2020 13:10 | Ekuuleus, the $400m bond was the one held in escrow pending the completion of the stage 2.2 financing deal with JPM, and was repayed on the declaration of a "non event", iirc. PS. Soon found the source of my remembered value: $240m + 8% interest for 3 years (the money Sirius had to hold in escrow to pay the interest was for the first 3 years iirc so would have lasted until November 19). Roughly £225m after conversion. | muckshifter
09/1/2020 13:00 | Why would the share price fall below the done deal no offer made price ? | kreature
