How many news headlines were there impLying that there has already been a bid, even though there hasn't been a bid ? e.g....

So no bid..yet the market cap is now $500m USD. What happens if AA find out that the mineral transport tunnel isn't quite finished ?

Massive buys after close today. Anybody have a clue what these are about ? Short covering possibly or someone in the know that a counter offer is on the way ? I have serious mistrust over the way this financing deal was handled. I do not trust JPM or their advice, but thats just me.
