There might be a few low value niche markets available to MIRI where the legal position is not so horrendous. Music videos for non-famous acts, for instance - most record companies would put up with most anything to get a new band exposure.

But certainly not the high value stuff like live sports and filmed entertainment.
To be honest, MIRI simply MUST know that you can't just drop adverts into other people's work wherever you see a blank bit of wall. I work in this field, and I can tell you that objections I've raised here would occur to anybody who did.

AIM, eh?

They keep signing more partners but revenues stagnate or fall. Something is not right. Either way a raise will be needed and if they learnt from this year they will want to get it done at the end of this year as leave it as late as this year and who knows how large the discount will be. The CEO will want one more year for his retirement fund.

NO, you're wrong. There is no potential here. Take it from somebody who has worked in advertising for 30 years. You can't just drop adverts into existing filmed content - the legal position is horrendous. You'd need to negotiate with and pay off the entire creative team of the content that you were "defacing" in this way. Never going to happen.

Oh dear -

1.shares go to 2.25 on higher revenue, lower costs news
2. Fund raise in May at 1.25p
3. Less than two months later the real news comes out
4. Shares dump to .7, a 43% loss for new investors/rights

Ever feel you’ve been cheated?

This tired old dog needs putting out of its misery before any more investors are sucked into the madness.,

Is this going the same way as Bidstack?

Same old mirriad. £400k revenue for H1 and the CEO will have taken over half of that in cash. Programmatic delayed, another raise nailed on for early next year and likely 1bn more shares coming to market. LOTM encouraging people to buy again. I bet the team spend 20% of H1 revenue on their annual jolly to Cannes.

They could have rolled it out and revise forecasts and uptick revenues this year and next so no raise needed in H1 and I suspect the share price will properly rerate. That said, I suspect it will be more jam tomorrow. Programmatic delayed full role out until end of the year and a painful raise Q1 next year. The partnerships and nee beans will have those underwater ramping for their exit.Stephan will be laughing on his 500k a year and will still have more credibility than a clown telling people on here to buy at 2.5p before stock ran out. That is you LOTM.

A big 48 hours coming up for the company.

Will they achieve live activation & revenue in the £000's via full end to end Programmatic by the end of June ?

What other meaningful news was meant to be delivered by that date as well & will it be achieved ?

How much credibility will they have left come the end of the AGM ?
