07/6/2024 06:06 | Given his naivety and ignorance he should not be on BBs ramping the hell out of a basket case just before it is about to raise money. Anyone with an ounce of sense knew that. He then comes on here and lse apologising and as he is underwater so he is back to ramping. All this LinkedIn nonsense embarrassing. Mirriad has ramped on that for years without RNSs as they stuff they post is immaterial and worth a pittance. His partner in crime 2phevs some weirdo who is even worse. These guys are what lifestyle CEOs pray off.The co has great potential but CEO has milked it for years and his package will take nearly 9% of £6.2m they raised FFS. Another raise needed next year and Q1. | tickboo
07/6/2024 05:57 | tickboo each unexperienced man starting his journey starts with no knowledge, but huge willpower i respectfully think he should be given some time before your present opinion is relevant - most do not want to learn anyway so statistically you are correct even now | kaos3
07/6/2024 05:51 | The clown does not even understand what a road show is FFS. | tickboo

07/6/2024 05:18 | I see from RNS's that last year's interim results was both a presentation & a webinar. In 2022 both the Annual results & Interim results had a combined presentation / webinar. So why are they not doing a webinar with this year's AGM .................... I'm still trying to find any roadshow details, so if anyone knows when they last did one please let me know. Thanks LOTM | last of the mohicans

06/6/2024 01:45 | From page 14 of the report "SHAREHOLDERS Why we engage • To provide updates and insights into business performance • To answer questions raised by shareholders • To better understand shareholders’ needs and requirements How we engage • Investor roadshows • Investor webinars and presentations • Regulatory and other news updates • The Company AGM • Specific one-on-one meetings with larger investors Outcomes of engagement • A clear explanation of the Company’s strategy and objectives • High level of institutional shareholder support • Equity capital raise in H1 2023 to enable the Company to carry on trading and demonstrate the quality and value of its product to the market. The Directors consider this the best way to satisfy the long-term interests of shareholders" -------------------- There having a right laugh, I wonder if they actually ever read what they write .................... 04/6/2024 16:07 | Hi YasX, Before the share placing I had 0.25% of the company which is not insignificant 1/400th of the company. The company needs to communicate much better with its Private Investor shareholders, they have been totally neglected for some time now. As to my share purchases, I'm not sure what your point is, I said from the start I'd be making purchases in small bundles & wanted a trading parcel as well. If I was to follow your view I doubt I'd have virtually any investments at all, as I continually question the management of company's large & small. LOTM | last of the mohicans
04/6/2024 15:38 | Maria Teresa Hernandez I think given her importance to the company she should be on the board of directors. LOTM | last of the mohicans
04/6/2024 15:33 | Hi kaos3, I would have to say they achieved there stated goal from that announcement one of the big Content providers did sign up before the end of December 2023. It takes much longer than you think to get thing going once a contract is signed. We all want it faster, but the reality is that its 6 months plus from signing to seeing visible progress. They have totally failed to take investors on the journey with them kaos3 that's for sure. There explanations around V1.0 V2.0 V3.0 Manual & Programmatic mode need to be explained far better than they have been to date. Parts of Programmatic have been put in place (far more at the Content providers side of things) not at the sales (Advertisers) side of things, which they've totally failed to explain to people. End to End Programmatic is not LIVE yet (don't know if its in beta testing or such like currently), although the indications are that it should be complete in the next 4 weeks (other wise they've missed there H1 guidance). After that it should start to be a game changer ( but we'll need to give it a little time for the Advertisers etc to get used to it & how it works. Manual mode seems to need a lot of human interventions & Mirriad only has a limited number of people to do that, hence why some the Content providers etc are beefing up there own sales & marketing teams. I hope that helps LOTM | last of the mohicans
04/6/2024 12:39 | Not sure what LOTM is hoping to achieve here - he has negligible equity to force any issue and the Board can do as they please. My initial comment a few weeks ago to his promotional puffery at over 2p was that his view of the Co. and the manner in which he was conducting his purchases was, at best, misconceived. Since then the shares are down some 50% and he still thinks he is backing a winner. I politely point out that if one is backing a tiddler but doubts management intentions and actions over which one has no control, it is time to head for the exit, not to increase exposure. | yasx
04/6/2024 11:44 | rns 18 july last year Integration work, testing and partnership discussions continue with multiple large entertainment companies in the US and the Board anticipates that one or more of these companies will ultimately contract with Mirriad for the provision of services by the end of 2023. ...... did not happen more or less 1. agrrement is not 2. contract is not 3. revenue is not 4. profit enough time has passed. if effects are 30 pc better then classic advertising even in manual mode it should sell. but it does not. now it is programmable for some time /to a degree/ and still no traction - hype of an idea only. they do not tell us why. is it rights or what....... i do not know. it makes no sense why no traction ... enough time has passed, agreements are signed , test runs done, it can be measured etc NOTHING WHY | kaos3
04/6/2024 11:33 | Hi kaos3, What promise did they break ? There's quite a long lead time between signing up the Content providers, integrating all the computer systems etc & then generating some revenue. The cash numbers are actually not that far off where I originally thought they were going to be. The original cash is projected to last now until mid November, but lets call it end of October. LOTM | last of the mohicans
04/6/2024 08:20 | not one word of breaking their promise - which caused me to sell - Q4 2023 big contract execution and hence revenue jump | kaos3
04/6/2024 08:14 | wow ...who stepped down as CFO at the end of the year. He ensured a smooth transition before his departure and contributed to the business hugely over the last eight years. As the Company enters an important new phase after the most recent fundraise, I have confirmed my plan to step down as Non-executive Chairman, but remain as a Non-Executive Director following the 2024 AGM... .like to thank Board members Alastair Kilgour and Lois Day for their positive contributions during their time on the Mirriad Board, after they did not stand for re-election.... carussel | kaos3
04/6/2024 08:10 | crux agencies went up 63pc camapigns went up 36 pc so it must be perceived a bs product by the industry if it was as good as i thought its campaigns would go up 120 pc without any new agency | kaos3
04/6/2024 07:06 | Cash Balance end of December £6.1M Cash Balance end of March £4.5M (£1.6M spend over the 3 month's so just over £0.5M per month effectively) Cash Balance end of April £3.9M (£0.6M month on month) So cash spend has been on budget since July last year, even with all the extra system integrations that are taking place. Just need to wait & see if they get Programmatic active in the next 4 weeks or not. LOTM | last of the mohicans

30/5/2024 14:52 | Hi DaveMac3, They "won" the 1st battle, one they were always going to win, but markers have been put down now. Your forgetting 1.5M shares is just short of 0.15% of the company or 1/678th of it, so you only need 340 people with a similar holding to share the same view on a company matter & you can out vote the directors. Someone with just one share, can strike a cord with there fellow shareholders & gain there votes to force change in the company's direction of travel or leadership. Some will also have very small holdings, some not so small holdings & some with more meaningful voting rights. It all adds up when put together. You can sit back & do nothing, you can make a lot of noise but do nothing concrete about it (all talk no action) or you can get of your butt & try to do something concrete about it (walk the walk).
