Nice to see this strength in the price, when we can say with some certainty that all the shorter term traders looking to benefit from the takeover are gone.
Remaining shareholders should be pretty aligned with and supportive of longer term growth and hopefully no real selling pressure now.
I think we could see this drift upwards over the next year without much resistance.

If I were a short term trader who bought in to capture a quick 10pc+ return following the takeover news, I'd probably be selling today and moving on to the next opportunity. Mission accomplished.
So let them go, and in the mean time longer term investors will accumulate

I think if we give them the benefit of the doubt... the Tim Scott RNS yesterday morning could have blindsided them, while they were particularly busy on AGM day etc. They're also dealing with possible negotiations and discussions re the takeover.
I'd say the benefit of the doubt probably runs out if they haven't updated by tomorrow.
Why was there no trading update alongside the AGM statement. There was one last year. Even if they are in possible takeover discussions there is no reason why they cannot provide a trading update, especially since no formal offer has yet been made. Other companies in a similar situation still provide trading updates to their shareholders.

Hi all, bit of clarity from you all please. When it says Rx3 is required to offer a price "of not less than 0.40p per share" in accordance with Rule 6.1 of the Code whilst at the same time there being a bid of 0.56p, does this mean that TS can force some takeover at a bid of less than 0.56p somehow?
The Rx3 RNS contains purported information about Kinovo which is not in the public domain - particularly in relation to the outstanding DCB contracts, but also in relation to future profitability. IMV the purported ââ¬Åinformationââ¬ï¿¾ is highly selective and slanted. I imagine the Takeover Panel will ask Kino to either confirm or refute what Rx3 has said. It will be very interesting to see how Kino responds, because that will indicate how sympathetic (or not) they are to Mr Scottââ¬â¢s bid.
