Nice to pick up some shares with a 11%+ dividend today and yesterday. Let’s see what’s coming in the next few weeks for them to NOT issue a guidance on 2024 can mean either an acquisition or Takeover or joint venture in the Uk or Canada. I still find moving away from new wells in Clearwater to elsewhere was for a reason as no other Clearwater company had issues in access to their sites. Smoke and mirrors comes to mind. Or Our CEO whose paid a ridiculous salary is doing F all to earn it and couldn’t give a F to the small investors.

Wow fandagle on form last night. Don’t forget to tick your self up after your post. Yep you’re right some thing is definitely brewing. No forward update from the company for 2024. The directors ltip awards at 11p suggest a takeover is on the cards. But my investment is here for the long term not short and the dividend at 8% which I happily reinvest. Off course nobody knows if the dividend is stainable at today price if buying at 9p its equivalent of receiving 11.1% Dividend Next week the 3 million is being paid. Not bad for a company who was failing when you lost all your money. Shame you can’t move on but most know there is always one poster on every board who puts the shares down. Have a good day my dividend is waiting for reinvesting like others.

If they go thorough the 30% mark does that constitute a takeover bid? Or does that have to be 30% of direct shares owned?

Roundtheworld Sounds as if you need to stop taking the pills. I would like to thank those shareholders who sold up yesterday after listening to fangdang gloom predictions.It gave me the opportunity to invest again and buy loads more shares under 9p Thanks Takeover next year even the directors have loaded up with warrants if the company gets taken out in the meantime dividend to look forward to. Yellowdog, it's all about gas and oil mix I3E is mostly gas that's why you see BOEPD for I3E. Money wise a barrel of gas is a lot less than a barrel of oil, Ptal however is all oil. Granted you have to take in other aspects of production, location etc. Bearing this in mind I3E seems very undervalued at this point in time, that's why I could see a takeover happening at the low price we are at.

But! But! But! what about the 1 million Buy on friday? the Jive talk on here has hit rock bottom recently, the takeover nonsense is an absolute Load Of Boool! The BOD are running the share into the ground for their own benefit, don't buy this, check out similar shakedowns like Hurricane and IOG! With takeover, merger, partial sale or acquisition corporate action now likely over next few months who wouldn’t want a punt at these ridiculously low levels? The last RNS certainly sign posts the direction of travel and looking at other take-overs in central Alberta and Clearwater I’m sure there will be interested parties out there. Just get a decent price lads if you are looking at this. Majid and John Festival are sharp deal makers and I for one trust them in this respect. Ryan Heath is is also incredibly well connected and respected in the region.

I added as well. All my buys were reported as sells so don't take any notice of that recorded nonsense. The company is solid and the chance of a takeover of some or all assets is big. Even if that doesn't happen the dividends and organic growth is excellent and should be improving. I've been averaging down but my average is still a few pence higher. Sod it though, I might bitch and moan but I actually trust Mahjid, Ryan and John with my investment. Plus the other guys as well.
