It would be consistent with 3rd party negotiations that Shaun cease interviews. Cornerstone or takeover. Who posted the list of his upcoming commitments, and has he cancelled any more?

Quite a few chunky 100k plus trades going through. Mostly buys ? Considering the market and sentiment around mining stocks, I consider the SP is holding up relatively well, while we wait await more news. I wonder if the previously announced RC hole 4 can be bettered? Any confirmation of the suitability of the ore for processing, products recoverable, potential methods etc would be the catalyst for much greater SP appreciation, and a great starting point, for strategic investors, or takeover approaches. GLAH.

Based on Kenmare Resources when it had about 2 billion cubes of proven resources at about 3% titanium, they got offered $190m for the company. That is 1 cubic kilometre of Pitfield's 320 cubic kilometres, potentially worth $190m ? Because the titanium is twice as rich. The bottom of the diamond holes were still strong titanium concentrations! I KNOW THIS IS RIDICULOUS, but ONLY 10 cubic kilometres of Pitfield is PROBABLY WORTH... $1.2 BILLION AT TAKEOVER PRICE. £1.65P PER SHARE. AT CURRENT PROVEN GRADES.

GTA5 Re the options, as Geko has stated SB and the directors do have skin in the game ....In fact SB now has 20m of options all in the money.There are 57m options 10% of the Company now in issue and in these situations could play an important part in shareholdings and any corporate activity (joint venturing/new cornerstone investors/takeover etc)decisions down the road, which could come sooner than we think or indeed wish. As I said earlier I view this positively as this could be their last top up before serious action. Let's see how we go.

Count - I think a "strategic partner" might pop up in a few months. This would effectively be option money for a larger company (putting them in pole position for a takeover if the finds prove to be commercial) but provide plenty of capital for properly appraising this find (and copper etc) while obviating the need for a succession of placings.

just wondered what peoples views are on possiblity of early takeover... hardly expert in this area but can it really remain independent if this a MEGA find and of course a safe jurisdiction?
