15/9/2022 16:47 | AVAP have re-valued their fleet upwards. Pretty hard for them not to make a net profit. The perils of lease accounting. | russman
15/9/2022 13:40 | Excellent Trading Update. Confirmation that recovery is right on track. | quepassa
10/8/2022 05:37 | So Jeff has the draft accounts (inc aircraft re-valuations) for the y/e 30/6. That would appear to be inside information. | russman
05/8/2022 16:29 | & dollar interest rates are climbing sharply. | russman
05/8/2022 13:16 | It is interesting to read the full S&P Ratings Upgrade Note from yesterday where they Upgraded Avation by two notches from CCC to B- with Stable Outlook. One notes, amongst other things, that S&P are projecting that "Avation's EBIT to turn positive, exceeding US$50 million over the next two fiscal years, compared with the negative US$62 million generated in fiscal 2021". ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
05/8/2022 07:29 | Investment grade is BBB- or above. At B- this is 6 notches below investment grade! | brileyloucan
05/8/2022 06:05 | A landmark upgrade yesterday by highly regarded S&P which increased Avation's CREDIT RATING to B- . This is an important event and removes Avation from the difficult CCC ratings category and brings them back into the better regarded B ratings category - albeit still at the lower end. Make no bones about it, this is a very good sign of improving financial health and stability - and will certainly please existing bondholders, paving the way for future credit ratings increases and starts to hint at a re-opening of access to the capital markets with lower coupons. The financial rehabilitation of Avation continues apace. A good day for Avation. Well done again to Avation. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
16/7/2022 06:06 | What a fantastic Trading Statement from Avation yesterday. Well done to Avation. QP | quepassa
16/7/2022 05:50 | What Jeff still fails to appreciate is that AVAP's WACC is uncompetitive. | russman
12/7/2022 05:04 | Buying in the toggle notes at 75% face value. Maybe Jeff does understand the basics of CAPM. | russman
11/7/2022 13:51 | still can't find it! | quepassa
11/7/2022 13:19 | Just announced that it is on the website | harrogate
11/7/2022 12:57 | Can see many references and announcements about the listing of the warrants on the Company website but - maybe looking in the wrong place- can't find the actual UK FCA listing PROSPECTUS itself which is likely where any KID information would be. ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
11/7/2022 10:31 | Anyone know if Avation produced a KID/KIID ( Key Investor Info Document) in relation to their recently listed equity warrants under Ticker: AVAW ? One of my brokers are refusing to allow the purchase of this security without a KID as they deem it a complex instrument and they have taken an internal business decision that they require a KID/KIID. They will allow sales but no purchases. Anyone know if a KID was produced? Anyone having the same issue with other brokers ? ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa
03/7/2022 06:44 | I presume the warehouse facility is to fund the ATR program. The bond is their millstone. | russman
28/6/2022 16:07 | Volatility has been relatively low lately......... | russman
28/6/2022 07:07 | Good to see that China has begun to ease travel restrictions. | quepassa
25/6/2022 07:07 | So what would you estimate the theoretical fair value warrant price to be at present? What volatility shall we use. The black swan has been flapping over the last 3 years. | russman
11/6/2022 07:03 | Aircraft leasing is a simple business. Matching interest & capital cashflows over the long term is the tricky part. Bond program has been their millstone to date. | russman
09/6/2022 16:48 | Don't miss this. Yesterday 8th. June. Avation's FD in interview with Proactive Investors:- hXXps://www.proactiv ALL IMO. DYOR. QP | quepassa |
