Our system’s recommendation today is to STAY LONG. The previous BUY signal was issued on 04/12/2020, 3 days ago, when the stock price was 33.16. Since then AA.L has risen by +2.08%.

Yes Heat just shows what sort of management team it is here happily allowing this shenanigans of trying to shakeout weak holders,after they spent 4 month talking about nothing other than how much they will have as bonuses when this is over.

At least Citi is helping to keep share turnover up with its buying and selling of the same amount each day well done Citi ,but why I would ask.

25th Nov:
The Scheme Document, containing further information about the Acquisition and notices of the Court Meeting and the General Meeting, together with an indicative timetable for implementation of the Scheme, will be dispatched to AA Shareholders (together with the Forms of Proxy and Form of Election) as soon as is reasonably practicable and, in any event within 28 days of the date of this announcement (unless the Panel consents to a later date). General Meeting is expected to be held in January 2021.

Anyone got theirs yet?? Hmmmm I wonder why they still haven't finalised this yet nudge nudge wink wink.

With our present board of directors I would say they will still be allowing extensions to the offer in 2037 .

Kelso although even if Weiss and DK buying on behalf of WP/TB then it won't be at this rate until 2037 roughly they'll have enough lol!!

Also no change in other holdings and shorts. The 2022 bond is currently 98.06% to buy

Yes heatseek. Yesterday they declared that they purchased 206k CFD verses DK purchasing 180k shares. Hopefully they aren't on the same side!

With DK adding 180k shares each day we will be all old and grey before they have built up a stake large enough to get their takeover past the winning post.

DK keep. Using shares, now well past the 16% they can convert into a stake, this deal is definitely going to get better

I think 45p will do it - ultimately whatever will make ABC move. Nearer 50p, that would be reasonable for both parties.

Countrywide takeover is interesting, connells have today upped their offer by 30% to get more shareholders on side. I'm thinking that needs to happen here eg 45p
