04/1/2021 07:44 | Buying for private clients? Happy spend £8.5m on it so we'll see, interesting development... | heatseek77
04/1/2021 07:20 | I can’t see Hamilton Lane in other rns, any idea why they have bought 24 million shares (3.9% stake) | csmwssk12hu
03/1/2021 18:29 | That will get booted out shortly imho dyor | csmwssk12hu
03/1/2021 18:18 | Re the Sunday Times article about a £44m claim from The founders and backers of Motoriety while it indicates that the proposed buyers were aware of this do you think that would also apply to ABC? | shrewdie
03/1/2021 17:18 | Even the AIM companies have decent directors and CEO's. At least they know what they are getting in AIM. I expected better from our board but they sold us out. Max they will now fork out in my estimate is 40-45p. But I doubt this will happen. Keeping a close eye on the AA. | amran01
02/1/2021 19:20 | Yes Wiseman a blinder played out with managements help it would be a great pity if they got away with this ,if this is the case it makes a mockery of a main market listing when you end up with directors of this caliber may as well list all companies on Aim with all that entails . | wskill
02/1/2021 18:29 | I hope you are right - a 5p increase would be very welcome! | wiseman1967
02/1/2021 18:21 | Wiseman it ain't over till the fat lady sings. I'm expecting something to happen. No way this is being sold for 35p | jaspoland
02/1/2021 17:49 | Skill - we may not like the price but most private investors hold their shares in execution only accounts which won't provide them with the proxy papers to vote. The vote will be decided by the roughly 20 institutions who hold around 88% of the shares. Assuming they all vote, then 22% of shares voting against would be needed to stop this. If both ABC and Cleveland voted against, that would stop it, but I haven't seen any noises in the press to that effect. The Times today pointed out what a bargain the bidders are getting. I fear our only hope is a new bidder but time is running out and I am afraid that now looks unlikely. Bidco has played a blinder! | wiseman1967
02/1/2021 15:45 | Why would you offer more than you had to pay? I think an increase just before the vote will see this through - whether it is 5p or more we shall see. | goblin99
02/1/2021 14:36 | Lots of mileage here yet cannot see them getting anywhere near the required amount of votes ,and also hope our management get what they truly deserve. | wskill
02/1/2021 10:55 | whilst our clowns have recommended 35p! I wonder how much they received for that..... 🤔 | d1nga
01/1/2021 07:26 | Yesterday No trading in the 2022 bond at 97.78% and there has been no change in shorts declared since 23 November at 2.84% Millennium declared that on Wednesday they reduced their Equity SWAP by 43k to close at 1.24% and the DarK side purchased 225k shares to close at 17.98%. Given the high volume on Wednesday I was expecting more declarations, maybe brokers are hovering up shares to make a gain? dkit666, yes for CWD the initial offer of 250p was increased to 395p. If this was repeated to AA the 35p offer would be increased to 55p, which is far more reasonable. Unfortunately the difference is that with CWD the BOD rejected 250p and a subsequent 325p offer before they recommended the 395p, whilst our clowns have recommended 35p! | kelso29
01/1/2021 01:37 | Wish all holders a happy new year also hope that 2021 is a better year and our directors start to behave in an decent manner always an optimistic investor really think that’s my downfall. | wskill
31/12/2020 11:31 | At an average age of around 57 I actually don’t think they will give two hoots about their employability after all this. They will be financially set up for life and a very wealthy one at that, they can afford to do whatever they like. More importantly for now however, looking at the recent updates from Kelso and some of the most material buys eg ABC purchasing almost £6M worth at 34p on 21st December, then reading between the lines do we think this is for vote casting. Or, are there negotiations ongoing behind the scenes here? Over the past 3 months at a high level there appears to have been some £52M worth of shares bought and only £20M sold. | paulo435
31/12/2020 09:51 | Unfortunately we will never be privy to in kind favours promised by the hedge funds,I am sure that this management team will be unemployable after their behaviour at least in the UK . | wskill
31/12/2020 08:10 | Compared to cwd which played out way better | dkit666
31/12/2020 07:41 | Should have known this share would be xxxx largest recovery business ran by a breakwell and chaired by a leach...both hopefully will get a wake up on 14th Jan | heatseek77
31/12/2020 07:34 | this saga will be for a textbook. would be interesting to look behind the scenes. the exact conversations that took place. the in kind favours promised, threats made one can only learn a little from outside but from the most inner circle good luck holders ! | kaos3
31/12/2020 07:23 | Great info Kelso- thanks! | trader2xg
31/12/2020 07:14 | Yesterday The 2022 bond increased by 0.08% to close at 97.78%. Declared yesterday but relating to Tuesday: Millennium reduced their Equity SWAP by 43k to close at 1.25%. Weiss increasing their CFD by 112k to close at 1.70%. The DarK side purchased 460k to close at 17.94%. However, the big news (after being silent since August) is that Cleveland Square/Gary Klesch converted 6.3m CFD into shares to close at 1.68% shares and 8.71% CFD of which they have voting rights on 3.72% ie 5.40% voting rights in total. No change with ABC holding 19.47%. I haven't seen what happened to the 2 lots of 23.2m purchases(but this is 3.72% so maybe the CFD voting rights above) or the 11.4m purchase on Tuesday, maybe declared today? Big volume yesterday, so expecting more disclosures today | kelso29
31/12/2020 00:45 | Cheers Kelso | heatseek77
30/12/2020 19:27 | Hi everybody I’m no longer invested here but still curious to see what happens next and pray the BOD are not rewarded for their disgraceful behaviour. Noticed quite a long advert for the AA last night prime time tv and made me wish I had kept my shares! | roxburyhouse
30/12/2020 15:20 | Thanks Kelso29. Certainly feels like we are moving into a new stage of this TO. Volume starting to pick up nicely in the last 2 sessions. Who blinks first? | jaspoland |
