I think Gary Klesch is looking to vote no also. There's no way they would accept this miserly offer. What's concerning is how will they get the bonds refinanced? According to Citi, they said we would need a massive dilution and apparently not many takers. I find that hard to believe. If in the event of a no vote, where does everyone see the price action? The 35p offer is not the last and final offer by the consortium. But a drop in share price can't be ruled out either.

Heatseek, yes and also obtained voting rights on 3.72% CFD to give in total 5.4% voting rights. Given that their purchase price is approximately 110p, we are assuming that they will vote No. Together with ABC this is 25% voting No. IMO There are probably many more voting No, I'm thinking this is going to get embarrassing for the BOD!

Paulo, what's more interesting are the 2 late purchases yesterday of 23.2m at 34p. Together with the earlier 11.4m, this totals 57.8m or 9.3%. Find out later who is buying and who selling. Is something brewing?

The 2022 bond was traded yesterday and it increased by 0.16% to close at 97.14%.
There was quite a bit of volume on Christmas eve morning so there should be a few disclosures today.

Maxi. Sorry to hear of your loss. It was a crowded trade. But logp / pvr will come good by Feb / March latest. Gov approval due shortly on the farm out plus bonds to be issued in Jan 2021. It will hit 2p at least.

I have already voted no to this theft of the company what a disgrace this management has been to go native so quickly it will be very interesting to see what their remuneration is and why it was so quickly agreed after this behaviour would any company employ them again.

The 22nd and 23rd
The 2022 bond dropped by 0.01% to close at 96.98%.
Millennium reduced their Equity SWAP by 87k on the 22 and 42k on the 23 to close at 1.27%.
The Dark side purchased 2m on the 23 to close at 17.82%.
ABC purchased 3m on the 22 and 4.1m on the 23 to close at 18.73%. They also reduced their CFD by 3.1m on the 22 and 6.1m on the 23 to close at 0.74%.
So since the BOD said that the vote is on the 14 January, ABC have increased their shares from 14.90% to 18.73% and reduced their CFD from 5.04% to 0.74%.
I'm guessing that the 0.74% CFD was cleared on the 24th and ABC shareholding is now over 19%, find out on Tuesday. Hopefully ABC will carry on buying and put a bid in themselves 😃

LOGP dropped by more then 50%within a few days of their last off take announcement and have been in the doldrums since. It will be several months if not years before u may show a decent profit ,a nd what about Opportunity losses going forwards? This Brexit agreement will set the markets buzzing. I was initially showing a profit one day then the Logp sort of collapsed as the MM ofloaded ...so I got out at s substantial loss; I have since recovered half of my losses by buying and selling IAG RR And Ocado.

Hi all,

My mate Peter @Conkers3 and myself did a ‘Twin Petes Investing’ Podcast a few days before Xmas and part of our discussion includes AA. and how the current Bid looks far too low and it might be worth Shareholders voting against the deal at the General Meeting. We also chatted about loads of other Stocks and Ideas for research. We discussed the outlook for Markets and the most likely roadmap for the next couple of months, and as usual a fair bit of educational stuff with regards to Investing.

Anyway, if you use Youtube, Apple, Audioboom, Overcast or Spotify you can find it under the 'Conkers Corner' Channel (you want Podcast TPI 38) and you can find it on Soundcloud at the link below.

I hope you enjoy it and find it useful, we try to keep them light and they are totally unscripted, not like all the stuffy financial fodder you are probably more used to !!

Season’s Greetings !! WD

I'm out lads. Pocketed a profit but not what I hoped. Another few weeks of uncertainty for a penny more isn't worth it, brexit is giving a more opportunity in other stocks! Best of luck to anyone left holding, hope you get an improved offer!!

Mate I'm still around and invested here. But only a 350k shares here now. Not much happening here. As for logp, I have had to average down to 1.4p and still in the red. The bonds for logp and consortium is being sorted out and will update the market next month, along with the Irish gov approval. I know their major shareholder who I am in close contact with. Aside from that, I still have holdings in ITM and Evraz. Thanks to Simon, I made a decent return on RBD. Tils working well for me also, but I am trading it within the range. Hopefully a breakout there soon. No idea what AA will do, but I am still hoping something decent comes out of it.

why reduce - lets see one of my disasters (I ll use AA instead of ŽŽ d.o.o. for most effect)

1. AA is proclaimed a looser which can not borrow at all
2. Bidco owns 51 % and votes delisting (or what is the treshold in the UK I do not know)
3. Bidco gets huge refi loans at 3 % and HELPs - loans it to the risky AA at a meagre LIBOR * 12 % to save it from disaster of collapsing - offering much better rates then there are the market rates for junk bonds
4. Bidcos charges high fees for restructuring the AA operations, runs profitable AA entities divestments etc - Apolo style
5. Bidco offers the rest of the AA shareholders HELP with a 22p offer for a run down AA after a few years to rescue them from their strugling business investment

happened to me before - exactly so in substance

I could not grasp it then. it took several repetitions for me in praxis to learn it as I am proclaimed braindead by most so I needed repetitium est mader studiorum to get it :(

Ignore me completely lol! Dropped from 19.94% to 19.79% on review of older RNS updates. Unless they have that other 6.22% stitched up elsewhere not sure why they'd reduce overall holdings ahead of the vote?
