Yes typical Trinity conservative nature. They over provisioned in restructure in 2016 too for example.

GO,

Fair enough, means room for upside - under promise and over deliver then.

No sign of my small allocation (20K shares) from Charles Stanley as yet.

WITJ,

Would the pessimistic approach be in part due natural decline rates of producing wells, even with recent Workovers/RCPs?

Shifting wealth.

I added about 400k today after the gm.

I was very disappointed with the way the placing was initially handled but feel it was a prudent move for management as they've got rid of the drag on the share price of the debt and cln. It's now debt free, cln free and producing fcf each month.

I still have a sneaky suspicion there's an acquisition being considered.

High volume, no price move might indicate Big move ahead of us. Just hoping for the right direction

Huge inventory draw . Largest crude draw since September 2016. Oil off a bit though, on rumours of some Libyan production returning.

Crude: -12.633M
Cushing: -2.062M
Gasoline: -0.694M
Distillates: 4.125M

at 17 p with 385 M shares outstanding the co mark cap is 65M of which 20 M at least cash in the bank (but more like a bit more... like 25 m

so we sit on a ex cash P/e that is attractive and ex cash shares are down >40% from the peak. even if we just match the recent highs and ignoring the cash in bank, we are in for a 18 % increase in market cap from here, but how can we ignore the cash?

I was just going to ask anyone know what the scale back was for larger applications. I have 3 brokers all of which handled applications for 280k and none seem capable of letting me know how many shares I actually got.

Sorry nafafa, I left it too late to go. I asked broker if theyd let me in anyway as I didn't want to vote. Surely they need someone to hand round the biscuits ? But was told Trinity are fastidious about who they let in. Anyway, I strongly encourage anyone to phone Tracy at Investor Relations if they've never done it. I think Id find it difficult asking my probably quite stupid questions at egm, but Tracy is senior management and easy to talk to.

Mark, I agree. Very interested to see just how much more Trinity can get done with the new money.

WITJ, it is a perfect move, only a few PI’s will have to/want to rebalance at this level if they got more than they wanted. Better in the hands of the enthusiastic PI’s than some large holder where a decent profit could be flipped at 20p. Really excited about the coming months and it is quite possible if certain events happen as hoped for, the 15p placing will be looked back on as an excellent opportunity for all.

Whiskey, will be interested to hear your comments post EGM. At recent AGM I found chat over coffee after official proceedings to be particularly interesting. Great RNS and I think very fair allocation. Don’t expect to see significant number of sellers coming forward.
