awise...I have done the latter but have not sold any of my original holding...I regard any shares I may receive in the subscription as a bonus and won't be selling those either bearing in mind the near term catalysts for a re-rating of this stock

If the offer is oversubscribed, which seems likely, you would not get back the full number of any shares you sell now.

Quick question, would it be prudent to sell some trim stock I have now and elect for some shares at 15p...Or fund independently through cash and elect to get some at 15pThanks!

The EGM is in Edinburgh, I wander if a few more investors will turn up compared to the handful of us who were attended the AGM in London. Nice to see the change in sentiment on the board compared to 12 days ago!

Libya's oil production came to a virtual stoppage after force majeure was declared yesterday on crude oil loadings at all four of the Nation's oil export terminals - the combined daily production loss amounts to 850,000 bpd of crude oil.


'Libya’s Tripoli-based National Oil Corporation (NOC) is calling for sanctions against 46 individuals and entities seeking to run four oil ports that are now closed after the latest unrest took nearly all of Libya’s oil production offline.

In a letter to the UN sanctions committee and foreign embassies, Mustafa Sanalla—the chairman of the UN-backed NOC based in Tripoli—called upon the international community to back sanctions against persons and entities seeking to run four oil ports that were handed over to a rival oil corporation based in Benghazi.'

Yes that's what I think too hence i bought. having such great turnover at 15-16 range makes it strong support. I think we will be testing 20p relatively soon. Rest is dependant on news and interim.

Well I did like the stuff about the platform with 6 wells run off it? That was a bit of 'additional' news wasn't it?
I also like the fact that they did this interview today with the word drill mentioned about a million times lol!!
The FD was certainly a strong vibrant personality wasn't he?
Me I think there are a few more smallies biting at the cherry now, having got over what was a bloody big shock at such a discount?
Maybe a bit of "playing around" going on with some of the placees as well?

Ross, totally agree, listening to that video I interpreted it in the same way, no hints of rabbits for me either, just solid, prepared and cash infused. But in this more supportive oil price environment we are well positioned to capitalise on opertunities if they do arise. Very much looking forward to follwing how this unfolds.

Can't believe there is more to it than meets the eye as they could have paid off debt and CLN with current cash and financed more wells next year with cashflow. To raise $20m they must have their eye on something else which will come through. Targetting 7000 bpd is a big increase from the current numbers and surely won't be achieved from just a few new wells.
