03/7/2018 08:42 | A great interview showing the path ahead. Going to be fascinating watching the share price in the coming days. My view is early/mid 20’s is where we should be with our new cash position, accelerated plan and WTI in the $70’s, but arbitrage will continue for a few more days yet. There are new buyers that will see this as a gift below 17p but there will be arbitragers seeing the potential to make an easy profit. Either way things should be looking much better share price wise in a couple of weeks. | mark10101
03/7/2018 07:40 | Amazing interview. Going to be drilling another 7-8 wells. looking to take production from 3000 to 7-8000.Worth logging on and listening to the interview. You will then realise why they did the finance raise. | imjustdandy
03/7/2018 07:04 | Perky oil more TRIn $$$$$$ | spellbrook
03/7/2018 05:23 | All I mean is they probably have seen something of interest. | shrewdmole
02/7/2018 21:53 | They have said the money could be used for an acquisition amongst other possibilities. So long as the deal is still under negotiation and it's outcome uncertain (hypothetically speaking here), I don't see what prevents the board from buying shares with that knowledge. | bones
02/7/2018 21:31 | Not posted for a while but in essence the business plan hasn't changed. Debt will be cleared Cln will be cleared plus interest and there will be cash at bank. Cenkos underwrote the issue so are propping it up. What's not to buy? Disappointed yes but for the right reasons yes. I also think they are already looking at an acquisition hence the amount raised. So limited downside now really and an excellent buying opportunity. S | shrewdmole
02/7/2018 17:34 | don't forget it's actually 1.5m £ , 2m dollars... | diseasex
02/7/2018 16:47 | Well put in for 50K also, why not...in for a penny. Good luck all | junk
02/7/2018 16:37 | I see, MM. Understood now. | bones
02/7/2018 16:32 | No Bones, as I have said, I have added all I really want at 16p and really fully loaded with what I already had before this surprise. But, whatever I get from my allocation will just be an added bonus and whatever is left out of the £7.5k goes back in the bank again. As I don't need the 7.5k for anything else it is not a problem on a pro tem basis. | marvelman
02/7/2018 16:22 | MM, the problem (risk) there is that by the time you get your £6750 back, the market price may be 18p-20p in which case you have lost out if your hope was to invest the whole £7500 in TRIN? | bones
02/7/2018 16:15 | Bones...at this point I assuming I will get, say, 10% of my 50,000 request. To illustrate your point using my numbers will mean that for £7,500 reserved and assuming I only get the 10% (worst case hopefully)will mean I will have £6,750 in Iweb's account until they refund me...I can live with that as I do not need it for other investments but do it begrudgingly as a means to an end.. | marvelman
02/7/2018 16:06 | MM, unlike the AOR issue (where I lapped up as much as I could at 30p), we were not offered a proportion in TRIN (eg 3 for 10 open offer in AOR and then apply for any more from those who don't take up the 3 for 10). This means I have no idea what I would get back if I apply now in TRIN and as the market is offering 16p...... | bones
02/7/2018 15:34 | I'd like to buy subscription shares but idealing tell me they are not participating. Has anyone else had this problem? | melody9999
02/7/2018 15:27 | you think it will be oversubscribed by a factor of 10 ? | diseasex
02/7/2018 14:45 | In for another 75k @ 16.3. Not prepared to run the risk of shortfalls in the 15p lottery... | bones
02/7/2018 13:02 | Any projections what kind of EPS we are looking at? | diseasex
02/7/2018 11:01 | Wait for the interims. | sleveen
02/7/2018 07:58 | Simple and genuine question, how much of TXP earnings will be eroded by servicing debt?..... Tumble weed | wwick |
