04/3/2022 22:18 | LOL Jeffian - I am not sure... I think he has to say it again. | jezza123
04/3/2022 19:23 | to smash the share price by -90% in four years is pretty impressive stuff you cannot get more incompetent than that I'm afraid | creditcrunchies
04/3/2022 19:13 | I always transfer company pensions into my SIPP the week after I leave, none of them can be trusted in reality | creditcrunchies
04/3/2022 19:10 | Will be very interested to see liquidnet update in results. Given this lot totally messed up the ICAP integration.. and that was same buis to same buis I'm not holding my breath for good news. Might explain some of the price movement though, along with standard declining gross margin. | dhoult12
04/3/2022 18:46 | I think we've got that message JJ. It doesn't get any stronger by repetition. | jeffian
04/3/2022 15:31 | That's some turnaround and just when the negativity gets as low as it can get. Let's see. | swinsco
04/3/2022 14:37 | Why are TPIOCAP attempting to grab £40 million out of their pension scheme? Why do they claim that no suggestions were received for what to do with the excess? How can they claim that, when all relevant information was not received by pension holders? Dirty sleight of hand scumbags What other tricks have they been up to? Company's that put their hands into the till of pensions need to be scrutinized in great detail. Robert Maxwell and Philip Greene saw fit to put their hands into the till of pension funds That didn't end well As far as I am concerned price target 0p | j777j
04/3/2022 10:42 | If they are not making good money now they really are screwed. | elsa7878
04/3/2022 10:12 | Looks like this one is going down the pan | creditcrunchies
03/3/2022 23:42 | You mean those in ICAP who was run by Micheal Spencer, and while he kept the NEX stake, he sold immediately the part that was taken over by TP and became TPICAP. Clever man. | dhoult12
03/3/2022 23:00 | Whilst TCAP seems a bit of a basket case, those of us who were in when ICAP was split between TCAP and CME are still well in the money due to the performance of the latter. | jeffian
03/3/2022 16:17 | Bye Bye TPICAP | j777j
03/3/2022 08:08 | Guys, you know this company is loss making don't you? | rcturner2
02/3/2022 11:06 | The reality is the staff cost isn't fixed it's bonus based on % of revenue for front office. You then have management etc on top who tend to get a cut also. See declining margins over the years. | dhoult12
02/3/2022 10:50 | I'm in - the shareprice looks overshot to the downside and recent volatility should help rather than hinder the core businesses. Long term declines in core brokerage are balanced with new technology businesses, growth markets and opportunities, that in my opinion aren't priced in. | little beaker
02/3/2022 09:55 | The reality is that they have incredibly high fixed costs (mostly staff). Increased revenue should flow to the bottom line. | elsa7878
02/3/2022 09:50 | Revenues yes. Recently that cashflow hasn't hit the bottom line... | dhoult12
02/3/2022 09:37 | Should be making very decent profits in this environment. | elsa7878
02/3/2022 09:09 | The final results may detail the closure of the defined benefit pension scheme. I would imagine there are ongoing negotiations aimed at achieving a settlement, it is possible they will become more protracted. The 49 million is described as an excess. Is there is anything illegal going on, there are numerous examples of large corporations closing defined benefit pension schemes. Of course there will be ex employees who believe they are entitled to more. From the perspective of the organisation and shareholders it is a sound decision as it eliminates potential future pension liability risk. | indiestu
02/3/2022 00:20 | It is odd it's got 7 brokers with targets, 2 say strong buy, 4 say buy and 1 says hold. There isn't one saying sell. Yet you've got a holder lending out shares to short this. | creditcrunchies
01/3/2022 23:16 | Not sure why people are holding onto broker targets. These are the brokers and there something very wrong with em! | dhoult12 |
