07/9/2021 09:42 | Before the dividend was 'temporarily' halved, it used to be weighted one third interim, two thirds final (5.6p, 11.25p) Whether that's a useful guide looking ahead, remains to be seen. | bluemango
07/9/2021 09:30 | Anyone able to explain the dividend situation here, now? TiA. | brucie5
07/9/2021 09:29 | poor results but not the end of the world, will take a while to turn around it seems | dmore2
07/9/2021 09:12 | I binned mine as soon as the market opened. Very poor results. | rcturner2
07/9/2021 09:06 | Question now, will this be a retesting of the bottom, or new low. If dividend maintained I'm thinking the former. | brucie5
04/9/2021 20:12 | H1 Interim results due 7th Sept | coxsmn
12/8/2021 13:09 | True, just useful to have confirmation - plus the actual amount. Much of market sentiment is 'believe it when I see it' | bluemango
12/8/2021 11:53 | They have already stated that the dividend will be restored at half underlying earnings. | rcturner2
12/8/2021 11:49 | Given the modest signs of share price recovery, it would seem that there is some market expectation that the dividend might at least be partially restored. We'll know in just over 3 weeks time when they release the interim results on 7th Sept. | bluemango
06/8/2021 22:58 | Good half-year update from LSE which I think helped TCAP today. | davwal
06/8/2021 17:10 | Nice finish. I’m looking forward to the full update and next dividend confirmation. | davwal
03/8/2021 11:44 | I’ll take whatever the divi is and redirect the income to take a few more shares, assuming the share price stays subdued. | davwal
03/8/2021 11:14 | #383 Many would be happy to see a dividend restored to 13p, almost double the current 7.6p. Would make forward yield 6.7%. | bluemango
03/8/2021 10:22 | A very low-key update that tells it like it is, with no bs. Even the incorporation of Liquidnet is being underplayed for the time being, so I just hope it’s quietly going well and they have something more exciting to say about it in September. | davwal
03/8/2021 09:36 | I tend to agree with CC that this is more of a long term value play based on the success of liquidnet and other organic new business adding to the stable long term business lines. | rcturner2
03/8/2021 09:32 | Stocko is predicting normalised eps at 26p so a dividend of 13p. I find it difficult to work it out myself as there is the increase in shares which muddies the waters. | rcturner2
03/8/2021 09:13 | RCT, what do you calculate the total fy yield on that basis? Stocko has 6.93. | brucie5
03/8/2021 08:55 | dividends will remain subdued is my gut feel on this I've had plenty of divi stocks to get a feel for the signs until they get a more positive guidance and outlook. You are buying deep value for the long term is the reality here. There's no point kidding yourself because I've seen actual agreed dividends pulled literally days before they were to be paid out. | creditcrunchies
03/8/2021 08:44 | Bruce - they stated relatively recently that they would pay half of underlying earnings as a dividend each year | rcturner2
03/8/2021 08:37 | Just retesting the bottom here. Value stock. Main question would be, is the dividend safe. | brucie5
03/8/2021 08:34 | Inter-dealer broker TP ICAP reversed 4.0% to 192.06p after its first-half revenue fell 5% as markets became quieter while economies emerged from the pandemic.TP ICAP's revenue for the six months through June fell to £936 million, down from £990 million, though the fall was a more modest 1% on a constant currency basis.Story provided by StockMarketWire.com | coxsmn
03/8/2021 08:08 | Those results are nothing special so I'm not surprised by the market reaction. | rcturner2
02/8/2021 20:10 | Fingers crossed for a healthy dollop of positives then! | davwal
02/8/2021 17:41 | Price action positive for the last 3 hours so was this just trading or is someone in the know? | sick of it
29/7/2021 15:30 | H1 Trading Statement is 3rd Aug | coxsmn |
