27/11/2024 07:44 | Hmmm, oh…. | kreature
26/11/2024 00:05 | DvD, Ahh, you chose to ignore your misguided call, now where did you put those 'Shorters' rose tinted spec's? You just keep posting the nonsense that the rest of the trolls post, try not to shout, it's rude. Just one of your misguided calls below... "DanVanDan - 20 May 2024 - 21:53:51 - 17917 of 19290 beckers, so what? Will that be relevant if the share price hits 90p in August?"" END. Lol, just lol! You are not credible. | beckers2008
25/11/2024 23:37 | Can afford houses, just prob need to build less, and cut divi to around zero ? | kreature
25/11/2024 22:26 | I've noticed in the last month or so that a lot of house builders have put in planing permission to increase the size of existing & new developments around the country, how strange when people CAN'T afford houses! | jugears
25/11/2024 21:43 | Glad they read my post on here last week calling for a general election. ‘ The prime minister argued that he had "inherited a lot of problems" ’ Nice bit of standard shut up sheeple rhetoric there. Keep taking your flu jabs and zip it | kreature
25/11/2024 21:36 | He says, “if”. And probably best to post in context Becks. ATB | kreature
25/11/2024 20:21 | Might as well be 24 million it's meaningless. | chiefbrody
25/11/2024 19:12 | Was just thinking that myself, I've just been looking at the petition to call a general election, nearly 2.4 million signatures already! | jugears
25/11/2024 18:58 | What a day. Sixty four million shares traded and it finished blue. Bodes well. | tlobs2
25/11/2024 18:46 | DvD, You just keep posting the nonsense that the rest of the trolls post, try not to shout, it's rude. Just one of your misguided calls below... "DanVanDan - 20 May 2024 - 21:53:51 - 17917 of 19290 beckers, so what? Will that be relevant if the share price hits 90p in August?"" END. Lol, just lol! You are not credible. | beckers2008
25/11/2024 18:38 | beckers, if you're wondering why I rarely reply to you, let me explain. First, YOU DON'T HAVE A POSITION ON TW. YOU ARE NOT AN INVESTOR, LONG OR SHORT. THAT'S WHAT YOU HAVE TOLD EVERYONE. YOU HAVE FAILED TO GIVE ANY EXPLANATION FOR YOUR PRESENCE HERE, even though I've asked you several times. THAT LEADS TO JUST ONE CONCLUSION - YOU ARE DISHONEST AND ATTENTION SEEKING. YOU'RE JUST ONE OF THE MANY MORONS POSTING ON THIS SITE FOR NO GOOD REASON, SIMPLY BECAUSE YOU WANT SOMEONE, ANYONE, TO REACT TO YOU. EVIDENTLY YOU ARE LONELY. GET HELP. You like to say that people are 'emotional' because that's what's missing from your life. It seems you've got yourself into a sad situation. The other reason is that your posts are so stupid that they don't require an answer. Your time on this planet is limited beckers. Try not to waste it. Good luck. | danvandan
25/11/2024 18:21 | DvD, You along with the other trolls keep spouting the same nonsense that some have been spouting since Oct 2018, lol! Just one of your misguided calls below... "DanVanDan - 20 May 2024 - 21:53:51 - 17917 of 19290 beckers, so what? Will that be relevant if the share price hits 90p in August?"" END. Lol, just lol! You are not credible. | beckers2008
25/11/2024 18:14 | Yeah, I know you've read it even though you say you've 'filtered' my posts. That's the difference - the bears here can stand their argument up. You know that you can't, so you resort to lying. A bit sad and pathetic for a grown man. | danvandan
25/11/2024 15:35 | Looks like the penny profit shorter's have all gone away! I could take 5% from my last purchase but NO no no these are going a lot higher yet(but probably not today). | jugears
25/11/2024 13:42 | Becks what would have been relevant is that you & I would have topped up & watched the share price rise back to £1.60 Dum Dummer & dummest wouldn't have bought any & would be quietly hiding the fact that they were loosing money again on their shorts as they greedily & wrongly thought they were going lower,Its strange isn't it they only say when they are making money & not when more often than not they are losing it & lets be honest 60-70 % of all shorters lose money! that is why I buy & hold, I may not catch the bottom, I may not always pick the right times but my entire holding in TW is currently worth 4 times what I have paid for the shares excluding all the dividends, now in my eyes that's an average yearly gain of 20% a year for the shares alone, I don't need to worry about rising or falling share prices short term because I don't need to sell, but I do like posting if it winds people up, Seriously though I think this will be nearer to 1.50 by Christmas rather than £1 & if for any ludicrous reason why its not I may buy a load more, definitely if it went below a pound, but I'm not expecting that. | jugears
25/11/2024 13:06 | ""DanVanDan - 20 May 2024 - 21:53:51 - 17917 of 19290 beckers, so what? Will that be relevant if the share price hits 90p in August?"" END. Lol, just lol! You are not credible. | beckers2008
25/11/2024 12:47 | Becks, I think what most people on here fail to realise, is the fact that people can actually still afford to buy houses & the absolute huge shortage of houses in this country & the fact that Tw had over a 1 billion pound debt not caused by any housing slump or the financial crisis & that the company increased profits & reduced debt from year 1 & by year 3 was paying a special divided,my entire property portfolio has risen in value by 7% in the last 12 months & I can't see any reason for them not to increase by similar next year, although to be pessimistic I will say 5%, I expect & see know reason whatsoever why the land I own won't continue to double in value every 10 years, unless we are going to build mega factories that build land? The world wants efficient clean energy we need to build wind & solar farms, we also have large enterprises wanting to buy up land to off set carbon footprint on top of this we also want to build houses, the demand on land has never been so great, 15 years ago land was 10 to a penny, few windmills, no solar farms & no carbon off set how things have changed, Tw are sitting on an astronomical rising asset, far better than cash sitting idle in the bank in the bank, As long as Tw are ticking over why rush to build on land that is increasing in Value exponentially? | jugears
25/11/2024 12:46 | The share price is currently worth a minimum 1.50, IMEO, Tw like All House builders will be ramping up production next.Imeo interset rates will be falling a lot quicker than is predicted, there is certainly no justification for these to be amy lower than they are know! Always do your own research but the UK needs houses there are only a handfull of house builders that can build volume homes, the housing crisis is escalating daily, not all people need mortgages to buy homes, land is in extremely short supply, Tw has a large extremely valuable land bank & well placed for a good long term recovery. | jugears
25/11/2024 12:40 | Overdone & oversold UP UP UP | jugears
25/11/2024 12:37 | Yes, pigsear, it's up half a penny after falling 40p. Do you have any idea how desperate your 8th post today makes you look? And it's only lunchtime. You really do give yourself away all the time; so you're only interested in the long-term, right? You are a massive bullsh1tter. | danvandan |
