... and they feed the same crap over and over again. Been going on for years. I`ve found it quite useful to believe the exact opposite of the garbage that is spouted from the top. Shelf ... "Your drilling rig is ready for you now Sir" Sirius ... "Oh, fuk" Carrbradshaw - 14 Nov 2018 - 86191 There will be no suspension Trading in the Company's shares was suspended on 25 February 2019 in contemplation of a transaction which was deemed to be a reverse takeover under AIM Rule 14. Five and a half thumb-twiddling years on....

Likewise they can’t have a takeover if no one wants to buy the company
Whatever it is that's holding things up, it's not Tende that's causing it. Simple logic, if Tende was the cause of holding up Angola completion (eg sorting out the funding) Sonangol wouldn't stand for it, and neither would ETU. Tende would have been kicked out long ago. Also, if the "delay" in starting to drill new development wells at OML65 was down to Tende (eg negotiating a takeover) NNPC wouldn't stand for it. No way would NNPC be prepared to stand back and allow the development of its oil field to be put on the back burner just to satisfy some deal that Tende might be involved with. So there must be some other reason for these delays, and I'm betting that it's out of Tende's hands. PS: I still believe it's re-list, not buy-out. But each to his/her own!

If this takeover was agreed years ago then what’s holding it up if it’s all in place? Don’t say DD as they would have been doing that for months and specified exactly what they are looking for.

Even in the case of an ongoing takeover process, I can't think of any good reason why they couldn't update us on operations that we have previously been advised about, in particular OML65. And to say that they were having problems with their email system...
Two weeks short of 5 months later, and where do we stand? No progress update, no announcements, no website changes, nothing. There`s nothing to stop them reporting on developments in Tunisia and Nigeria, or telling us what key conditions remain outstanding for Angola. Afentra had no problem in being transparent at all times whilst trading was suspended. Here it`s pure contempt. Unless it`s an ongoing takeover process, in which case the protracted silence is justified and necessary.

I think that post says it all Oliver. We need this takeover concluded soon.

Drrosso.before our AGM it looked like we might be connected..Most definately now .Everyone can have their opinion and thats mine.letsvsee what unfolds but its obvious it was dedtined for Q1 and its run over a bit.Afentra market knows or at least enough and some jumping on the badwagon on the back of the angolan sign off which in my view was done slong with ours..timing on takeover is out of our hands but it must be close to pacify Omega.

Vanta you say the takeover rumours have been talked about long enough or could it be be the relist rumours are garbage
Dr R, Be lovely if this were true‘there's a full takeover process being taken through to conclusion, …’Haven’t these rumours of a takeover been going on far far longer than the Angolan deal?Must be coming up for 10 years or more since they first surfaced yet bog all has ever happened.Any takeover surely can’t happen till Angola has completed, or are you saying the Angola deal and takeover are concurrent with the Angolan authorities complicit with this. Don’t make a lot of sense to me.On a takeover generally, SherlOck seemed to be warming to the idea before he disappeared. We’d all welcome an exit, at a suitable price. Think it’s unlikely myself but who knows.
No way does a simple stakes acquisition take as long as this. Most of the Sonangol divests to date have taken around 12 months to complete. Subsequent to this prolonged delay there's of course no sign of the perpetually heralded re-list. Red herring. Imo, supported by the enduring silence on all aspects of this Etu-Tende arrangement, there's a full takeover process being taken through to conclusion, on completion of which Tende Energy will find itself a subsidiary of a much larger and genuine O&G outfit properly capable of managing the package of pan-African assets, including 65 and others, which have been built up, all funding having been secured. Nothing we can do other and sit here in the darkness and wait it out. Pretty obvious to me that Tende BoD is not in control of anything any more, not even e-mail communication. If Fagpacket's 3.5p on current assets is correct, 5p-10p still looks on once we hear that Angola has been bagged. As for re-list, forget it.

As Sherl0ck intimated, an incoming entity would want to be overseeing any proposed major development work on OML 65. Takeover would almost certainly be dependent on Angola being fully completed. Hence minimal workover well intervention stuff on 65 even tho the 2 operational teams have been formed, + $661m funding in place since July 2023, on top of an undrawn $190m from Trafigura. Everything, especially the prolonged silence ie the refusal to discuss anything of significance, and prolonged wait, points to t/o, with re-list as contingency plan b.

Whilst their overinflated salaries are not to be sniffed at . They have far more to gain with shares and options . If as many believe they are driven by greed then one has to hope their sheer incompetence transforms into competence and finally into a listed share price or takeover .These clowns are not in it for a lifestyle trade …in my opinion .

The CEO of 'Red Leopard Holdings' set up the company, found some funders, milked the cash for salaries, then abandoned the company. He's now a director of TENDE Ltd. (Modus Operandi ...take 2) "Cancellation of trading in CRHL shares on AIM Creat Resources Holdings Limited ("CRHL") (AIM: CRHL) announces that its shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM, as per Rule 41 of the AIM Rules, as from 7am today. The Company's shares were suspended from trading on AIM on 7 April 2014 as a result of the Company having not yet made an acquisition, or acquisitions, which constitute a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules or otherwise having implemented its Investing Policy. As a result of the Company's shares remaining suspended for a period of over six months the Company's shares will be cancelled from trading on AIM by the London Stock Exchange'

Thank you for the reply Dr Rosso. Interesting views. The one bit I can’t reconcile is Personally I think it's a £600m (10p) full takeover by a major O&G Services Support Group, such as Houston-based NOV Inc., NOV and other O&G Services companies do not get involved in owning oil assets, generally speaking. NOV has no oil production so I can’t see that this sideways step would be of any interest to them. But we will just have to see. Let’s hope something happens soon.

Not sure I'd be accepting 4p or 5p Risky, the 3.5p was based on near term production and even that ignored the current '65 production. It ignored the potential production that could be seen in a few years time. The big holders will be in for the long game or the right price imo. If the shares do re-list at 3.5p, good luck to anyone trying to build up a sufficient enough holding on the open market to mount a takeover bid at 4 or 5p.

Vat.i wonder if thats imminent .Of course she may well have been overseeing things re a takeover and its only now that she will be announced if indeed she is announced .if indeed she is an NED.I doubt she was having a day out at the AGM.

If we are to be takenover then its odds on Louise Hough was sent into Tende a good while ago.NOT headhunted by our company..The takeover company/group will have strong links to Louise or more importantly Louise will have strong links to the takeover group.EIG is building a huge LNG supply interest through Midocean energy and others. Vatnabrekk Q1?

Whilst the stalling goes on, insiders' stash of sub-2p confetti piles up ever higher, so diluting everyone else. Deliver evidence of a long-promised roi On Tuesday, I'd settle for any one of the following:- Sight of AD Angola completion announcement Takeover proposal on the table Stop hiding stuff Stop lying to us Stop fobbing us off with perpetual use of "expect to, intend to" crap eg, last agm... astralvision 1 Feb '23 1123679 "They expect Angola to close in April and to list in H1"

Im guessing the AGM was planned to coincide with Angola announcement and add Sherlocks timely could be a takeover post and voila!! A happy clappy AGM with pots of piping hot tetleys plus 2. Trays of cussy creams and bourbons.Might get a few lidl rockys thrown in .if anyones going could you please ask where our wellheads are??

Maybe the convertible loan notes are some sort of leverage .ie .get this over the line and you can convert...Could be the takeover company or someone who is in a position of power and gets the deal over the line...They were never about sirius needing money.

Ahead of a major event, they need to get Resolution 4 passed in order for the combined 1.036bn options and warrants to be sorted. With no trading being allowed on JPJ that fixes the fully diluted share issue at 6.3bn. If the proposed takeover does not materialise, the fallback option is to relist. Beware the undrawn CLN facility in place for £3.25m as, depending on the exercise price, this will mean another shower of confetti. At 2p, it's 160m. At 0.5p, it's 650m.

Berwick & Taylor, having been invited to take 600k Tende shares in return for ceding their 600 shares (60%) in ATOG, have recently joined the Havoc Partners LLP team. Havoc acted as technical consultant to Sirius, and then ATOG. 35m warrants at 2p are due to be reinstated. It wouldn't surprise me at all if they also hold the 164m shares transferred over from Omega, complicit in the mysterious goings-on in the Tende takeover of ATOG "All in it together" is the phrase that springs to mind. Here's another Project which may well have been on funder Sirius bucket list (Bobo's basket) ..... htTps://addenergy.no/news-article/add-energy-secures-well-management-and-engineering-work-with-pura-vida-energy
