Has the West end and China town melted or something?
Impeccable assets one would have thought...
am very tempted to buy at the moment.

Anyone any insight as to what is going on here?

They are chalk and cheese but would agree.
If we move in to recession next year, then even SHB likely to feel the brunt.

It's the 'read across' from Intu in my humble opinion.

It looks like an interesting AGM coming up with Sammy Lee attaching the directors.

There was an article in the EG (Estates Gazette) recently with an opp. ed. that Sammy would get the Chinatown Estate in exchange for his shareholding and the Norge wealth fund would take the rest if they bid and the current management would collect P45's!

Had a very small amount.

I don't see any prospect of 9.50 soon,
without a bid - which may happen.

SHB's portfolio is not immune from NAV falls by any means
as 08/9 demonstrated.

Good results, good job on Thomas Neal’s Warehouse now focusing on casual dining. Price to book is better after the most recent valuation so should be heading to 950's. I expect this level will be reached on completion of Soho purchase, but Cross-rail will help too.

Looks like a race between Norges and Lee to get to 29.99%?

Quite right, it's time shareholders questioned these resolutions that just get passed "on the nod" year after year on the justification that everyone else does it and it makes life easier for the board.
