repeatedly contacted purple bricks to help sell my house they could not be bothered to return my calls and gave up in the end. my house was sold by Bill Jacksons (1st viewing) Now they will not leave me alone even though I ask them to. Now if you do not leave me alone you will keep receiving reviews of me - your choice !

What a terrible investment Purplebricks has been - despite a horrendous 98.2% shareprice collapse since it floated during a property market boom in 2018, Purplebricks after recently replacing its CEO with a former bankrupt, still failed in a shareholder vote yesterday to oust its chairman.

It's currently shedding a further 10% of its employees before Xmas, to help ease its £500,000 a week cash burn in a rapidly slowing market.

Suspect small estate agents offering a more personal and local service are rubbing their hands - another case of the New Economy transitioning to the Old Economy?

Wow no trades at all, and no posts, no interest at all. Can’t they get some entity to game the market and do some wash-trades, if that’s allowed under the AIM rules? Not sure if it is actually. Probably not come to think of it. Maker is going to have to mark this down to drum up some interest surely? I think I’m a buyer sub 5p

Yeah it's getting clearer in therapy...... a self service portal/agent open to all agents and individuals seems to be what's missing in the UK, imo -

Yep You couldnt make it up

In addition the best one is their best fee earners have been given the opportunity of taking voluntary redundancy

You can uarantee that those who take upthe offer have already lined themselves a job elsewhere .
So a couple of months of gardening leave over December/January when the market is quiet anyway and then appear in February at Grabbit & Run with instructions from the last properties they inspected with Purplebricks
