Isn’t there some vicarious liability on the part of the banks if home owners don’t pass the stress of rising interest rates

The only surprise might be how much cash is left,Suspect the
TV campaign was relatively expensive .They might have been able to tip some of that into H2
No news on the litigation so there will be some monies set aside for that

With a dwindling inventory monthly operating losses would have continued Instructions for H1 circa 20k

Current market valuation of £30m is as Catabrit says probably equivalent to the cash left in thr Tommy .Theye dont half chew thru it mind

The CEO quite frankly hasnt got a hope in hell of turning this around in a market of dwindlig inventory The TV campaign was tired reiterating a message which has gone past its sell by date She has beefed up the mortgage side of things in a mrketa under the cosh and hoghly competitive

She has missed an open goal by not providing a conveyancing service in house where most of their criticism lies With their 3rd party operaters announcing redundancies yesterday its only goong to get worse

Nibbled at this a few weeks' back at 10p odd. Now trading at below cash albeit I suspect cash has taken a bit of a hit since the last update. Either way, it's pretty cheap and offers a margin of safety at this level. Quite like the new CEO and her energy and think she stands a good chance of righting the ship. Curious to see how this one plays out.

Thing is, out of every 5 sellers…
3 sellers have to move
And 2 sellers want to move

Dunno if it’s relevant or true but sounds very interesting to me. The point being that you’re in a better position to negotiate with a seller that has to move, if you can find out in advance
