Problem is that if properties are not selling, then sellers will go elsewhere for the ‘no sale no fee’ option, to reduce risk . Imo

I make that around 40% of all the PB properties currently listed for sale on Zoopla have been reduced in price by 1% or more. So around 3,900 properties reduced in price out of around 9,700.

(Search all PB properties not including sold properties , then sort by most reduced)

Instead of partnering with a flowery wallpaper company, maybe they should’ve partnered with a different mortgage broker company, thereby avoiding the payroll headache in a slowing market ?

Perhaps the remaining millions can be spent on a last ditch all or nothing ad campaign. How else will UK public find out about the new mortgage broker service ?

Slowing market with growing payroll pressure ? I’d have thought training the home seller online would have been a better route. Instead they seem to be building a giant sales team that someone has to pay for (ffs)

Any additional revenue will be negligible and will do little to alleviate the monthly losses .
