Well tbf, I reported this first, but here’s the excellent second hand article

Surely all RM need to do is give agents a massive discount over private individual sellers. Plus make it very clear who is selling, either an agent or an individual ? Plus just write there ‘valued by ai only’. Or “ RICS valued’ whatever?

Phone cal to rearrange appointment from morning to 6:30. We agreed to change. Nobody turned up. Text sent to mobile number used previously by Ellie last night as call just went on to voicemail. No contact today from anyone

This can’t be another thing on TP can it, though surely it’s reasonable to pay a lawyer upfront for conveyancing services ? Or maybe not ? I don’t know

‘ Totally misleading information
As we are selling two properties and buying one purple bricks advised us if we went with the cheaper option for fees we had to use there conveyencer and there would be nothing to pay until completion.the process has not long started and we are near on £1000 upfront costs totally misleading information from purple bricks.

The negative reviews are getting depressing now. Too depressing to post here imv…. Both awful reviews just sitting there at the top of the most-recent list for the last 4 hours. 86% positive reviews? I don’t think so somehow

Blimey, getting snowed under with negative reviews. ………;.someone write something positive?? What’s that about buyers having to pay for a money laundering check, then getting turned away ?? Is that really a thing?

Rarely leave reviews unless service was outstanding, and always well after the process to be sure. Never during a process. And I’ve never given a negative review, so I think first time reviewers would need to be seriously hacked off to not just give a bad review, but also go to the trouble of first signing up to Trustpilot.

On the plus side the instructions appear on the surface to have bounced back to 700 ish p/w. Is there any way of knowing how many are first time instructions tho, and how many are returns for marketing breaks?

If you look at their reviews ovwer the years, most come at the start of the client/customer relationship. I don't know about you but I've never left a review before I've finished a meal in a restaurant or before a stay in a hotel, only if my overall experience has been good or bad. Part of the marketing and sign up is too get positive reviews, as people like yourself and others seem to put some kudos to them.

It’s the point or observation or idea being made that really matters though isn’t it? Personally I don’t give a hoot how the English is or the grammar. And ironically looks like diku is right, tbf like

That’s an upsetting theory Agentlets. Personally, I don’t see why say LPE family and friends couldn’t leave TP reviews? What would be the problem with that? And I think they need more varied reviews.

…..At the moment all too often seems like it’s,
1st sentence, brief summary.
2nd sentence, agents full name, and compliment.
..all a bit too predictable for my liking tbf

They haven't got the staff or LPE's to bury bad reviews with good ones so you're now starting to see a true reflection of the company, not the sugar coated marketing one.

Overall, 86% reviews positive on Trustpilot
Only 6% getting the minimum one star.

But say last two days, 56% were negative, an 44% were positive.
