Anyone buying has to pay stamp duty plus dealing costs totalling perhaps 4p per share so 5p discount to offer price seems reasonable. Doubt offer price will get much higher, 586p maybe. I still hold most but have sold a few to fund other purchases treating them as a savings account paying 1% Int if held to maturity.

All a little strange really.

So no cash until April - no wonder there is a discount on the offer.

The price will simply drift up to the offer price I suspect over the new few months.

Court meeting and EGM was 26th September.The scheme of arrangement then said, "Scheme Court Hearing - a date expected to be in the forth quarter of 2017, subject to Regulatory and Anti-trust Approvals ("D"). .... Last day of dealing D+1, suspension 5pm D+1.Expected Effective Date of scheme D+2.Cancellation D+3. Cheques/settlement within 14 days of the Effective Date.Long stop date being latest scheme must be implemented 4 April 2018."They do also say "dates are provided by way of indicative guidance only".I'm also sitting tight.

I don't believe they've had the Court hearing yet to sanction the Scheme of Arrangement. Given the vote was contentious to say the least they are probably going for faite accompli by mopping up as many shares in the market as they can before they go to Court.

Scheme of Arrangement
Expected effective date: 28th September 2017
Terms: GBP5.90 in exchange for each Share held
Pay date: Within 14 days from effective date
Paysafe Group Plc has entered into a Scheme of Arrangement with Pi UK Bidco Limited (Bidco), a newlyincorporated
company jointly-owned by funds managed by Blackstone (the Blackstone Funds) and funds
managed and/or advised by CVC Capital Partners.
Under the terms of the scheme, shareholders will be issued with GBP5.90 in exchange for each Paysafe
Group share held.
The scheme is subject to shareholder and court approval at the meeting to be held on 26th September
2017. If approval is granted, the scheme is expected to become effective on 28th September 2017 and
accounts will be updated within 14 days of the effective date.
Your account will be updated upon receipt of the proceeds but in some circumstances there may be
delays in the proceeds being credited to us. Please allow 10 working days for your account to be updated.

Juggler- I bought TAP and added to XLM but also bought into LTG as I can see online universities coming down the tracks.

With hindsight I was lucky. It really pained me to sell up here because I thought we would have another year or two before being bought out. £5.90 was derisory in my opinion. I spent a lot of time and effort looking for a new home for some of the PAYS money and by no means have I reinvested it all yet. However I did buy XLM in early August - now up 20%+ and I bought TAP the same day now up 8%+
I also bought 2 tranches of IQE sold half for a profit of 14%

I would not have any of these gains if I had hung round here waiting for a payout.

Now where do I put the rest? All suggestions welcome and I shall start by having a look at Burford.

I'm still holding. Kicking myself for not liquidating as many others have. Feel like we've been denied that real big boost. Two of my long dormant speculative stocks have come to life but I haven't added just waiting on the right time to cash in or be paid out here.

bolstaf - Ive looked at TAP, XLM and will rule over Burford too now. My money from here will need a new home soon but I've been taking my time.

wolfhound u still reading this thread ? Whilst I think E9s TAP would be a great investment out of all the tips on here ,take a look at Burford capital its about to have another little push north but I think it will double inside the next few years.Its got a fantastic moat,top guys at the helm and building steam IMO.Might be worth parachuting in from ryanair

It is disgrace really - share price of other gaming stocks are flying not least SCH now over £3 and way up on the pre-PAYS deal price - very very poor

Old Mutual have sold a lot of shares in October. Since 4th October 2017 their holding has gone from 44m shares to 7.9m shares, approx total value of £211m.

Agreed, but with so many opportunities to make serious money out there why waste time complaining, just move on. I stand to loose 1% if I sell now but if the money does not arrive til January I could have made 5 or 10 % by then.
