25/9/2017 07:16 | Anyone having trouble with ADVFN this morning - no stock prices? | ![]() slaccs
24/9/2017 17:14 | Thanks 100. That is useful. 92000 shares. Wow. Some big boys on here | ![]() trentendboy
24/9/2017 10:41 | Been a few karge purchases lately. 21/9/17 Syquant Capital bought 6.6m shares. Allianz bought 0.6m shares and Credit Suisse bought 2.1m shares. And on 20/9/17 Alpine opened a long position for 1.5m shares. Also, has anyone else noticed that HL no longer show trades by volume for Paysafe??? Seems weird.. | george4064
22/9/2017 17:35 | Barclays have these at a closing mid price of 594 on my account !! | ![]() s2lowner
22/9/2017 14:07 | Just had a callback from Barclays my NO vote for my 92000 shares is now registered. Every vote counts. Took a few days but at least it's done now. | r1071987
22/9/2017 10:32 | Again few buys but massive sales and the price rises 50p. Something sold a total of 1.5M shares in quick succession at 10.21. | ![]() high park
22/9/2017 08:14 | Barclays seems to work quite easily if you secure message them asking to vote on contentious proposals at the upcoming meetings. I think they get confused if you talk about Corporate Actions. I got a secure message reply confirming that they had voted against all proposals at the upcoming meetings. | ![]() tradertrev
22/9/2017 08:02 | Anybody with e perience of II ? Nothing in their Corporate Actions section so sent them an email, I seem to recall somebody having same problem with II a week or so ago. | ![]() dragonsteeth
22/9/2017 07:59 | Hi TrentEndBoy TD does allow you to vote on line. You need to have your account preferences set up to facilitate this. Click on my "my profile" section top right of screen and then update update your account preferences(bottom left quadrant of screen) to allow voting at AGMs and meetings. Then go back to main screen and click on accounts section (RHS of top bar) and then click on drop down "voting & mailbox information". Hope that is of help | ![]() 100laila
22/9/2017 07:49 | Isn't the result dependant on 75% of the votes cast at the EGM, whether in person or by proxy? I can't see the brokers casting anything unless told to do so by their clients - they're far too busy counting their money and working on their golf handicaps. | ![]() largeronald
22/9/2017 07:45 | TEB - if that's genuinely the default position, then we may have a problem? Surely the default should be to not register a vote at all. | ![]() lomax99
22/9/2017 07:38 | TD does not give a vote option from what I can see. The default of these brokers I assume in every case is to vote yes unless told otherwise - it sucks really given the importance of the TO approach. | ![]() trentendboy
21/9/2017 20:28 | Barclays are the worst but they did manage to sort my no vote on my sipp & isa relatively easily. | ![]() seans66
21/9/2017 19:19 | Yeah , I had same problem with Barclays. Told me they had no corporate action on PAYS. I Told them to look again and phone me back. Never heard for 2 days so emailed them and told them AJ Bell, HL & Selftrade had no problems. They emailed back and said no action is required until after the 26th!!! I phoned again & put me on hold for 5 minutes whilst they checked again to be finally told "Arrrghh yes found the actions although they are not corporate actions but they can be voted on" Told them how useless they are and today received letter telling me they are investigating my complaint😁 | ![]() oohrogerpalmer
21/9/2017 18:11 | r1071987 - persevere with Barclays, we need your 92k shares holding to count!! | ![]() lomax99
21/9/2017 18:05 | Scheme Court Hearing A date expected to be in the fourth quarter of 2017, subject to Regulatory and Anti-trust Approvals ("D") Last day of dealings in and for the registration of transfers of Paysafe Shares D+1 Suspension of dealings in Paysafe Shares 5.00 p.m. on D+1 | ![]() libertine
21/9/2017 17:47 | Still struggling trying to get some sense from Barclays for my NO vote for my 92000 shares. Barclays can't seem to find the Bidco action on their system. They are due to call me back tomorrow once they have checked things their end. Anyone else experienced this problem? | r1071987
21/9/2017 14:25 | If the vote goes through, in theory no later than 16 days after the 26th. | ![]() lomax99
21/9/2017 14:03 | Ok thanks Lomax. How long will we have to wait until the final payout? | ![]() seans66
21/9/2017 12:49 | Decision date is the 26th, if it goes through the last day of trading is the 27th. | ![]() lomax99
21/9/2017 12:47 | Yeah but you won't get 590p for them !! | ![]() oohrogerpalmer
21/9/2017 11:21 | If the deal goes through on 27th sept, we will be still be able to sell our shares on the open market? | ![]() seans66
21/9/2017 11:15 | Interesting to note how share price of Wirecard (WDI) has outperformed PAYS YTD by 65%+ to PAYS 31%+ , and we are the one being acquired - half of that outperformance has been since the budco approach was announced - so we are clearly being held back. Bath having been subjected to BS shorter attacks . A merger with WDI as someone already noted would be v nice indeed - combined entity would be quite a force !! | ![]() wolfhound1
20/9/2017 16:10 | I think the best clue comes from the largest of the ii's I would be surprised if Blackrock accept 590p... they have upped their holding to over 4% since the announcement and I don't think they will have added shares along the way to now sell at 590p... They didn't become the largest money manager at $4 +trillion by being a charity. I suspect the fat lady has yet to exercise her pipes :)) Post script - as many long term inveators in PAYS will have learned - nothing is at seems on this stock - wouldnt shock me to discover this is a MM organised trade as one last tree shake - pick up cheap stock from pi's..... wouldn't be the first time | ![]() wolfhound1
20/9/2017 15:48 | Couple of reasons to sell - 1/ Because the deal might not go through and the price may drop if they walked away. 2/ If the deal does go through it may be weeks before payment is made so they may think they can invest the money elsewhere and get a better return in the time they are waiting !! Not long to wait now , either way . | ![]() oohrogerpalmer |
