29/2/2024 11:46 | Thank you, solid view | 1224saj
29/2/2024 11:21 | That means they exceeded their target, the lower the better. | hoezilla
29/2/2024 11:00 | What I find disappointing, is that they show net debt to EBITDA before exceptional items of 1.7 times BUT their target is actually 1.8x ! | m1k3y1
29/2/2024 10:29 | Is anyone behind the current CEO? Seems as if AirEuropa doesn't bring a lot to the table but its taken a whole lot of resources. | trying2trade
29/2/2024 10:25 | Excellent results with share price rebounding to where it was yesterday. Leaving me to believe the slightest whiff that forward guidance has flattened and share price would collapse. IAG have not been a successful investment for many years even in this fantastic recovery cycle. | whatsup32
29/2/2024 09:52 | Agree and controversial I don’t think the debit is a massive issue going forward now Please see this in the contest no debit what a share price would be Second we need to distinguish between aircraft borrowing and actual borrowing All in all good for me after two read and add a few more This will be the same story of RR. Doom Doom and all at one e you ding your money trebled (all at once= 2 years lol ) | jodalu
29/2/2024 09:31 | Just to add felt The Times article spot on. I dread to think what some would say on here if they didn't return a profit. Come on guys a op profit of 1.4 billion up over a BILLION is not to be laughed at. Get real. Great results and any compsny making that in tough economic conditions trust me know what they are doing. | 1spitfire
29/2/2024 09:27 | Very good solid set of results as largely expected as the recovery from covid marches on. People underestimate the impact of covid to this industry if they think the debt can suddenly disappear. They are doing the right thing rebuilding gradually and reducing it gradually whilst investing for the future. All excellent business strategies proven many times over. Agree Ron share price largely built in as on often the case hence the share price 2-4 weeks prior to results gives clues imo | 1spitfire
29/2/2024 09:20 | Ranger i agree but not sure the board do | jodalu
29/2/2024 09:17 | Several more years to get the debt down to sensible levels so a long long time before the shares will double from here. Realistically, how much higher can Operating profits go. We're in absolute boom times for airlines profits but history tells us that it never lasts. Target 300p by 2030. | chiefbrody
29/2/2024 09:09 | Why are you surprised, it's as the city expected. The strategic plan is nonsense, debt needs to be lower. Stop trying to buy other airlines. | rongetsrich
29/2/2024 09:01 | 1224saj I think they still in acquisitive mode right or wrong but at 1.7 it isn’t the end on the world and better than expected | jodalu
29/2/2024 08:55 | Very surprised to see this poor price reaction to this results Borrowing is high but this ia. It a surprise dividend could have been nicer but all in all good results I will top up after I give another read to this report | jodalu
29/2/2024 08:51 | Any views on this board regarding push back on divi due to debt | 1224saj
29/2/2024 08:34 | This will have a huge fine. Please do your own research as always and follow FCA guidelines. | qantas
29/2/2024 08:14 | Results in line with expectations as is forward guidance. Unfortunately huge debt mountain still there and costs will go up. SP holding well., down only 1% . | whatsup32
29/2/2024 08:05 | More than revenues | blackhorse23
29/2/2024 08:05 | Debt too high so pension deficit | blackhorse23
29/2/2024 08:03 | Yikes - the debt and pension deficit...if it wasn't for that the share price would double. | elsa7878
29/2/2024 07:47 | 3.5 billion profit and earnings per share 50.6, excellent forecast all with a market cap of 7.7 billion, if the share doesn't go up it is ripe for a takeover bid. | hutchmeister
29/2/2024 07:21 | Solid results and 2024 looks good too. | younasm
29/2/2024 07:14 | Debt too high & no dividend?? | blackhorse23
29/2/2024 07:12 | Profit more than doubled, awash with cash | datait
28/2/2024 18:47 | I suspect the excellent results are already priced in. The sky is rammed with fee paying passengers, but this company is run by a muppet. Cash in the bank, but lots of debt... and tooling around trying to buy other carriers. | rongetsrich |
