whatsup.....possibly , although I don't think it has been confirmed anywhere ?
In any event, the aquisition will increase debt .

whatsup........agreed. I am concerened that if they are going to find 7Billion from the magic money tree, this is money that won't be going to shareholders..........or even worse....money that they are expecting shareholders to stump up ?

After all, they are buying Air Europa , they want to buy TAP, they need 7 Billion for IT, oh and they want to reduce debt and reinstate Dividends ........where is it all coming from ?

M1 , that is a very reasonable question. Given the short time frame of implementation should have been stated.

BA do not have good track record with IT , hopefully this time they can prove us wrong

Feel bad about RR . I knew the new CEO was doing a kitchen sink job and I wanted share price to drop to £1 before buying . I never bought it and now £3.

A Santa rally would be nice. I have a long term holding, but day trading can be quite lucrative on this share, especially in January. Not that I advertise gambling but I made £400 making a cup of coffee with these in January. It's not for everyone, though... but more reliable than a horse or whippet race. Lol

Tend to treat recommendations very cautiously. Knew a guy who was called on the golf course who was very senior in one and he just gave his quick reply but more focussed on his next drive lol. I have total confidence this will trend north over the next 6 months baring any further geopolitics. The oil reduction will filter through more next week so expecting it to be a decent one though long term is my only real interest here and odds so good

I'm a little surprised given yesterday's serious drop in oil.

It's good chaps... try not to read into daily noise as share price let's not forget is a reflection of the perception of a company and its potential. TUI trust me isn't behind today and doesnt influence the key investors. As they see more evidence of the recovery more will be buying in over the next few months imo. Dont forget how well it's performed over the last 12 months ...... not many stocks are up over 50 per cent . Fsirvfew keep forgetting that

Be careful what you wish for. The TUI news was not good news for UK plc. Another example of the erosion of the primacy of the City in the post B era.

Yes indeed a good afternoon.

Quite possibly some sentiment from Tui news today.

Fingers crossed we continue the upward trend.

He was the one who created this mess in the first place, by selling BA to the Spanish.
