To be clear I never said Israel are not going all in. Ofcourse they will send the troops in and ofcourse there are uncertainties how this will play out but there's little chance it will escalate with Iran imo and many others. USA have their carriers their for that very reason to deter. Its all politics and power plays.

Ron sorry but you are panicking again. Genuinely I do think paranoia thinking creeps in at times. Let me reassure. Ukraine airspace has been closed for many many mo this now for obvious reasons. The impact is minor on IAG with re routing standardised albeit mildly more fuel required. Israel again will have limiting impact on IAG in terms of rerouting and TLV is the only destination they fly to. In the big scheme of things it's minor re the schedule of 800 plus flights a day.

Ignorance about the mess that is coming is rife. The Black Sea, Ukraine and Russian airspace are closed. Israeli airspace will close and if Iran butts in the expect the entire ME airspace to shut.That at be something to consider.Contingency planning should be on someone's desk by now.

UAE would badly suffer. It's struggling for Western tourists now as it's not a cheap place to get to as it is.Russian tourists are somewhat less affluent now, so reduction of tourism from ' wealthier' western tourists is a lifeline.Add to that a carefully worded FCO line, advising against travel and insurance dries up.It's always done in steps, each one more menacing than the last. No insurance no visitors.

USA reserves of oil is very low. Even a suggestion they planned on doing it or even cutting production will in my view have significant effect on stocks specially Airlines

It's not a great victory, but it killed some time, broke up a mundane day and helped me show a lad at work how II works as a really simple and cheap platform.It'll probably two key tomorrow, but more of the slow burn burning stocks for the time being, I see the downturn coming. I fear for what may be about to happen not far from Akrotiri.MNG over AV. because I'm wary of the Canadian fires and the ongoing flooding. They are nicely priced.... For those with larger cahoonas than mine.

I've taken a punt on a day trade, in at 138.3, I'm set to sell at 140.3I'll be happy with that as I waiting for another stock that's out of fashion to get to where I want to INVEST.Like I say, it's your money, trade or hold, but do not moan when somebody else makes more.

This is now a trading stock. Too many headwinds until a few variables dissipate, namely the potential of the war spinning out, and interest rates taking their toll on the backsides needed to make profits.What that trading band is likely to be is a live working chart as we see it for the next week or so.This is NOT an investment now, it is a trading stock, however it is your money.

To put that into context its 167 pilots on voluntary basis. They employ over 3,400. Their issue was old aircraft MD-11 and slow to come out of covid. For me no relevance to IAG. Sorry
