Cudgie, Oh definitely any takeover of EUA would have to factor in the multi million Oz pgms at MT and further expo upside on that asset, plus WK and STP although they're small in comparison. The crypto hype would add value though as a method of funding projects for EUA and others. Investors here don't have to gamble on the currency, others will do that look at Bitcoin for example. LION shot up from under 1p to over 7p on crypto backed gold and they've only small gold assets to back that up. EUA in contrast have massive PGM assets. So if its the crptyo or the physical assets causes the re-rate here I really don't mind which does it. Buy EUA for the assets, not buying the crypto, doesn't mean others won't. If it helps fund WK, STP and MT I'm all for it. Regards, Ed.
Any takeover bid would surely be based on the huge value of the MT assets, not the crypto hype that is currently circulating? Shame that metal prices are not playing ball at the moment but roll on the next step in the MT licence process being signed off. Hopefully within the next 4 weeks - provided that all the political sh#te does not interfere with due process Prepared to sit tight, watch, and wait
the ICO of crypto raises cash and some of that could finance our projects, but we still hold shares in the actual mining company and not tokens in the blockchain asset backed token organisation. not sure exactly what the cross over will be, a direct investment for shares, a loan, a off take arrangement or an outright takeover?
Well maybe, but I don't expect any MT or WK news for 2 or 3 months. Semenovsky may still be on the cards, tho nothing has been reported since they announced the decision deadline had been extended to November in the interims. So, with no operational news due anytime soon, and with cashflow expected to improve significantly in just a few months, maybe there is room for a STP announcement. Any other news would have to be about partners, finance, new projects, or a shock takeover bid.
Interesting story unfolding at African battery metals, formerly sula iron and gold. Large placing OF 3 billion shares, founder CEO steps down, name change, new direction away from precious metals and into cobalt and battery metals...very like a reverse takeover! Https:// There is no relationship to Eurasia at all that I know of, just an interesting story and maybe good opportunity too.
They won't consolidate unless their is significant material change, ie open offer to finance MT, reverse takeover, or major new project to finance. Consolidation doesn't do anything except remove the penny share stigma.
Looks like the beginnings of a Russian takeover. I imagine DS and Churacov are buddies. We are now nearly two thirds of the way through the fourth quarter and still no news of the ML submission. Having been informed by EUA that it would be submitted in Q3, I guess CS is just busy on Kibo and Blenheim. Business as usual I guess. HB
