Very pleasing on both fronts, though I expect all else equal the convertible bond holder will replace or compete with Farallon in time as the markets primary supplier, above 78p of course.

Farallon now controls <10%. I note Conor Maguire (@ValueSituations) has picked up on market intelligence that Farallon may stick around for the ride of the Alaskan winter operations? I have no idea if he's correct or not. To be frank, I'm probably agnostic. Either which way, with news of the Theta West permit approval and Farallon now <10%, I anticipate a positive market reaction all else being equal. Good stuff.

As a result of a transaction on 7 December 2021 and subsequent transfer of shares between Farallon and Great Bear Petroleum Operating LLC ("GBPO") there is no longer a lasting common policy towards the management of the issuer requiring the concerted exercise of voting rights attached ot the issuers shares, in respect of Pantheon Resources PLC. As such, shares now held by GBPO are no longer attributable to Farallon, resulting in Farallon's interest in Pantheon Resources PLC reducing in accordance with the disclosure in section 7 of this TR-1.
· Farallon is the investment manager of CHONS LLC, which is the beneficial owner of the Farallon positions.

Cheerleader Mike, you might be onto something. Maybe you should start your own asset management firm that only invests with managers that don’t have risk management functions? That will definitely end well.

By the way, have YOU ever contributed anything at all to these boards other than waving your pom poms around? Go on, please show us even one single post where you made a valuable contribution.

Scot, only 4 posters on these boards have received direct messages from me relating to their conduct, you included. I believe you are the only one who received more than one message, given your repeated offences. As mentioned previously it is my view that such matters are better dealt with off-board, for the sake of other posters here. It is also a shame, but not surprising that you have proved yourself to be utterly untrustworthy when it comes to private messages.
