I’ve just realised Uk stock market is closed tomorrow the 24th as opposed to the usual half day . So another 5p on the price for an 85p close or circa 6 percent. Be an interesting day with PM money coming in I suspect.

Hidden,

Not quite sure if that's only a little tongue in cheek or whether it is SO tongue in cheek that one side of your face is distended....or even not at all? ;-)

Johnswan - I think he’s just expressing what many, many readers feel.

They don’t feel that because they have an innate desire to feel that, it is simply because of what you write and the way you write it (and the timing of writing it!).

You may feel it’s unfair/unjust for many to hold that view but it’s the reality of the situation that you have created in the tone and manner of your posts.

Perhaps, if you reflect on that and then give more consideration to what you write, when you write it and how your audience could interpret it, your views may be given the respect you think they deserve.

Have a fantastic Christmas each and every one of you 😀.

Winner you’re talking rubbish. Go back and read some of my recent posts. I am very positive on Panr investment at these levels - not as much as others on here because I see it still being a high risk investment - but I rate the risk/reward highly enough for it to be my largest single share holding. Average buy in the 30s but considering increasing my position before year end.

I don't care about the doom mongers and haven't since first RE-investing at 13p.. as they say put your money where your mouth is if you don't like it and can find genuine reason why the share price is inflated then short it (it's not hard) and if you feel it's undervalued then buy it and holdout for the value to out itself. I think anything below £2.50 is a steal and my take out price is £5.00 and will probably be superseded if we are even remotely successful this season. Anyway there's always someone who doesn't see it the way you do and that's fine I'm not trying to change anyone's mind but equally don't try to change mine !!!!

"Charts don't take into account that there is a large convertible shareholder in the money above 78p."

Charts are simply a graphical representation of all the buying and selling activities of shareholders. The charts reflect the views of shareholders which makes them decide to buy or sell shares and must take into account their views on the bonds.

What you are implying in your statement is that shareholders believe that those convertibles are not significant to their analysis of the potential of PANR, i.e. they are prepared to ignore them.

John Swan . Your like a summer holiday where it rains every single day . There is nothing positive that ever exits your mouth . I have absolutely no idea why your invested in PANR , but then again given your constant negative stance I suspect your not

None of us know the point at which the convertible bond holder may act, which makes it very difficult to determine level of resistance the share price may be faced with. If Farallon are still selling they'll surely be considering this carefully given the possibility of a another large seller supplying the market above 78p.

I think that it is fairly likely that if the share price moves significantly above 78 before we get Talitha testing news, the bond holder might be selling.
Considering the fact that they also bought $3M in equity @ 65 what price would they see selling as an attractive option?

Is this an area that you can shed some light on johnswan193?

JohnS, Will a convertible bond holder convert immediately above break even. If so why did they buy the bonds I wonder?Just to help the company out with a short term interest free loan? Most SHs are already 'in the money' did we all convert when we were just above break even?

I’m going for an 85p closing pre Christmas share price .

Ah challenge accepted, but be warned you are up against a previous prediction champion here :-) I've only made one prediction, but back in the Texas days I predicted one (Christmas Eve I think) closing price when the prices were wavering about around £1.40 (remember that, sigh) and I got it to the exact penny. I reckon 94p this time, and based on my previous 100% record I think everyone should fill their boots now before it gets there :-)))

A break of 80p IMO tomorrow on the basis the buying is very strong (and share price undervalued IMO) but Monday & Tuesday was always going to see retail selling as trade + settlement = Christmas-eve from today... so I will expect a return to very late 70's / early 80's tomorrow as we run up to Ice/Road Rig Move and Spud... and retest the 94p and push to year end £1 party.

If last year is any guide, absent any webinar or press release from the BoD, next indication of progress will be when the Dalton highway is closed to allow passage of the rig. You can check that on hxxps://511.alaska.gov/
That happened last year on 5/6th Jan, one week after the RNS confirming permits obtained and road building ongoing. Spud happened on 14th, 9 days later.

Focusing on good things to come, ignoring temporary market gyrations.
