Item 8.01 Other Events.
Texas South Energy, Inc.
(“Company”) filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) on November 13, 2019
informing the market that the Company requested a five day extension in filing its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30,
2019. The Company will be unable to timely file its Form 10-Q with the SEC due to lack of working capital. When the Company is
able to procure sufficient working capital, it plans to bring its SEC filings current.
