Claire Zirkelbach as Chief Financial
Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Claire brings nearly 20 years
of experience to the CFO role, including a distinguished background
in operational financial planning and analysis with a focus on the
minerals sector, spanning multiple sites across the globe.
Claire's previous leadership roles at government agencies,
private equity companies and in the public sector give her the
ability to positively impact Cirba Solutions' financial and
operational initiatives. She spent nearly eight years with the
Albemarle Corporation (Charlotte,
N.C.), with her most recent role being the Global Business
Unit CFO (Bromine, Specialties) where she led the financial
planning and analytical support for a greater than $1.4 billion revenue business in coordination
with the leadership team's financial and strategic objectives.
Prior to her time at Albemarle,
she was with Joerns Healthcare (Charlotte, N.C.), Savantage Solutions
(Washington, D.C.) and the Bureau
of Labor Statistics (Washington,
D.C.).
